The company is one of the best recruiting agencies in Edmonton hands down. I've personally been working for Guardian Personnel for the past five months and not a day goes by where I'm stuck questioning my job. The management are there to help you no matter what the situation may be, they definitely go above and beyond for their employees. The teamwork based environment makes it easy to accomplish goals and enhance the ability to get people out working! The best part about Guardian is the fact that they usually only offer full time/permanent work placements which makes them differ and well, pretty much dominate competing agencies. None the less, need a job? Have experience? Call Guardian, they will work with you to find you your next job.

Trent is a great boss..if more decision making was left to him woukd be a much better busniess. Work life balance is awesome but there is no workplace culture or structural organization. Your left to fend for yourself,  only to be told your wrong the toxic other owner.  Pay rate it low ..I was doing 3 different jobs and only getting 21 an hour. I had to ask for my benefits to start after 3 months .never had access to onsite  gym or wellness programs.  

My recruiter through Guardian has been amazing and placed me within an amazing company. I couldn't thank her enough! 
My recruiter has been flexible and understanding of any situations and why I couldn't go to work, including the on-site supervisor. 
I am hoping for a contract extension as that would be amazing. Highly recommend Guardian! 

The other staff and recruiters are really nice and good to deal with, Unfortunately there is a angry older lady that owns the company and controls everything. She was very rude with me and demeaning to me. I would not work for them again.

I was very impressed with Guardian Personnel, they were able to find me work as a controller in a very short period of time and was able to help me transition and the paperwork/process was very simple and easy!

Guardians whole team went the extra mile to get my my CSTS and H2S Alive tickets and were able to secure me a long term field construction position. Still working with them to date!

Fantastic Office, great place to work, good wages/benefits, lots of opportunity for commissions. Hour are monday to friday and no overtime required for the most part.

I really enjoyed my positions with Guardian Personnel.  The recruiters were very professional and accommodating to find positions that fit my needs.  I would recommend Guardian Personnel.

They are the best in Edmonton by far. Professional Recruiters, really nice offices, good location (free parking). Temp job was for 3 months with the Government and was fantastic!
