Unfortunately, decisions made by management made everyone's life harder. Manager had no idea how to talk to staff or patients, did nothing to support anyone. During all of COVID, they allowed some staff to work from home on a rotation, but not everyone was given the opportunity. People were told they couldn't work from home (for child care) by the HR that was working from home. Staff is boosted up to their face, but absolutely no follow through on anything. 
 New hires started at a higher rate of pay then someone that was there for years! And they had to train the new people. 

There is absolutely no support or value for the people that worked the hardest for the company. COMPLETELY REPLACEABLE.

Always felt appreciated as a nurse. 
The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly care about what they do. This shows in their success rates and busy schedules.
Nursing is overworked.  There is always a plan in place to try to alleviate the pressure of working on the nursing team, but the workload tends to be more than one can handle within the work day.

I have been with at Hannam for over 5 years. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to the next 5! The culture and and working environment is beautiful. Does not matter which department you are working on, we can truly feel we are contributing the greater goals of our patients. The management is not rigid, always open to listening to new ideas and are open to changes. I love working with my peers!

Hoping it's changed by now but had a lot of turnover due to poor management. A lot of middle man behaviour and micro managing. Barely ever any constructive criticism, a lot of microaggressions. Only positive was you had the rest of the afternoon for yourself since shifts start early and the people I worked with. Besides that, not a place I'd want to work at. 

I found the management and other employees very friendly and helpful. Office is really clean and organized. Snacks and drinks were available. I really liked my experience working for Hannam Fertility.

Was a very stressful place to work back in 2013/2014, not sure if anything has changed. Management and doctors could be picky and strict. One good thing was hours, as getting off at 3pm meant more time for other things after work.
 

I was removed from my position just before probation ended, reason being that I was not flexible enough with my availability. This was known to HR since my interview and I was never given shifts to accommodate my availability.

Staff are often under valued & overworked. High turnover. Reviews are not regularly given. Small mistakes are blown out of proportion while huge mistakes are swept under the carpet. Amazing patients relations. Staff are overall friendly but highly stressed.

Avoid this company. No training provided and company has no vision or support structures in place. Every employee does the least minimal work possible. Read the Google reviews from their patients.


Staff is overworked and highly stressed. Most (not all!)management is incompetent with no people skills.  Would recommend Hannam Fertility to build your skills and experience, but definitely leave as soon as another good job opportunity arises.
