I thought I was coming into a company that was established and stable.  It was chaos from day one and always felt like I was trying to catch up.  Learning on the fly with no structure.  Procedures changed weekly and no true measure of a job well done other than a revenue tracker.  
Demoralizing speaking to client’s as you are unable to fulfill their expectations.  I’m sure that the customer complaints will continue.

Mistakes are made due to constant interruptions and changing of plans and priorities.  

Not a great experience.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
Employees are nice and we got along well, this is the only pro of this company


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unorganized. In loads of debit. Can't pay their own bills, can afford the products for their clients. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every day is more stressful than the last 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaos, all over the place. Process and procedures change almost monthly.

Unfortunately this is not a well run or well managed business. The decoration department hemorrhage’s money and has 0 experience. Admins are expected to fix multiple mistakes made by management. Management is extremely unorganized and changes work place processes weekly, these changes further complicate what is already time sensitive work. 
Have lost 7 employees since the start of the year due to management.

Let go for no reason except the manager lied about sales numbers creating a false sense of profit until caught by management 
Salary and benefits scaled back  
Expected to provide pricing quotes with a 24 hour turnaround, unrealistic work load which prevents employees from achieving this goal  
Extremely stressful work environment.  Subject to mental aside one a daily basis .

Get a chance to learn about the promotional product world. The work environment is friendly and easygoing. The general manager is helpful & understanding and you can easily share new ideas of working. Adaptive work culture. I found lots of learning opportunities in my work.

This was the most unorganized and unprofessional work experience I have ever had. I had next to no training and was brought into a role that I had no prior experience in. Of the 6 employees that were there when I started there is now one left. I would not ever recommend working for this company.

I have been with Headline for 5 years now.  The owner of this company is great to work for! Very fair.  Throughout the years we have lost a lot of staff due to the management at the time, which is now resolved and I recommend Headline to anyone.

This is the worst place i have ever worked. Unrealistic expectations. Management changes the policies every other day. Turnover rate is very high because of this, they can't keep an employee longer than a few months

  I advanced to management team within the first year and find the atmosphere fast paced and fun.  If you are looking for career where the day goes by quick and your always learning new things this is the place for you.
