What is the best part of working at the company?
Excellent management relationship,  professional dispatch

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress, job is easy, however the yard is small, so you need experience to moneveur those truck and trailers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is lay back easy going people, good team, family culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start early morning, drop Hook trailers, make deliveries live loads or drop trailers locally, come back 3-4 times to yard, choose your overtime

The employees were horrible to one another, the management had no control of what was happening within the warehouse and all of the staff took advantage of that. Working 11 hour graveyards 6 nights a week is quite tough. The job had absolute no enjoyable parts of it.

Worst workplace environment I've ever experienced. No appreciation for loyalty, dedication or hard work. 

They treat you like a robot--a number.

Harassment, bullying is a daily occurrence.

Fast pace but can be a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Learned how to prioritize and management is very helpful.
Good mix culture and the driver's are very accommodating.

I can't say enough about Hercules not only have I been treated like family by everyone theyhave always gone above and beyond in mostly every situation

Good company to work for, good corporate culture, competitive wages.  Excellent trucks and equipment, management sensitive to workers' needs. Overall a good company to work for.

Good company to work for .but TFI took over in March 2024 since then lots of things have changed . More security check and paperwork. Not taking care as much old employer used to do.

They do not follow the Alberta Stat holidays guidelines as they are a Federal company.
Communications is poor
Manager is great
Early start times so not always getting 8 hours in a day

Very fast pace very nice people.  Large company that does boarder crossing and cross docking freight forwarder. Very good place to work for if you like working 

Decent work. Decent pay. Decent boss. The new location is nice. Very secure. Lots of good housing nearby. Haven't worked there in 3 years, so I don't really know what else to say.
