A typical day at auto truck group is quite productive as you are required to keep up a steady pace to meet deadlines on time. The management sometimes has conflicts with people working on shop floor which causes delays, but for the most part always manages to address issues in time to meet deadlines.
The best part of the job are the people who are friendly and welcoming towards everyone, even if someone is new at the job.
There are many challenges to face as sometimes there are new builds which require improvisation on the part of an installer; however, there are always experienced people around, who are ready to help and give a hand. Everyday has an opportunity to learn something new. 
There is less scope for advancing or climbing up the ladder as there are people with many years experience in line ahead of you, unless you really commit to the company and go out of your way to show your involvement.

Nepotism. 
Favoritism. 
HR Dept is rude and judgemental. Call Center managers breath down your neck to meet their averages per month for their bonuses. Got a question?? There's no one to ask, especially if they don't want to answer. Be prepared to be written up for nothing to ensure youre held back from promotion. Company is all hype. The survey that's filled out isn't done by the people in the position youre looking at.

This is a 100% on the phone job.
Very top heavy and unprofessional company.. full of sweet words, but empty bag. You will have to fit into their own personal secret profile, if they dont like you, God help you!
Its all about how much money they can make and their bonus, and only seniority people can meet bonus structure.. 
If you like: Supporting a USA company, work 10 minutes early and never ever late! Bathroom breaks at specific times,
like being compared daily with performance of other piers, never like talking with piers, exposed to unfair statistical rating,being ridiculed for having a human factor in phone, Uncontrolled temperature environment..this is for u.

It's a very weird situation. The people you work with are very nice but the management seems to not know their roles. I do not know if it is pressure from upper bosses or just the culture. You feel like the management is too detached from reality. Hard to escalate things because the reaction will be disappointing. Very odd also that HR is the most unapproachable department in the whole company.

I have worked here for 5 years. I enjoy it more and more each day. The call center techs are paid well, yearly reviews are mandatory, and good workers are acknowledged. Any negative comments are from individuals who want to shoot up the corporate ladder with out putting in the hard work. I enjoy it so much, I got my cousin in ARI. I truly feel as if my co workers are family. We go out after work some times as well where it is not odd to see a supervisor or manager along with us. I would recommend ARI.

People who work smart and with honesty are not recognized. They promote People who are not even capable of doing their current job well. EMPLOYEE AWARDS are given to their favorite employees. The written recognition on their favorite employees are fake.The leaders break the rules as when it suits them. I would never recommend this place to work. 

Everything about this job was amazing, except when it came to my promotion, I was given said promotion then taken back and said that it would take place in 3 months and they hired somebody else instead, was not happy about the situation and moved on. I felt I was lied to you by my manager hr was involved. Nothing was done. 

Quality is an afterthought. You can work as much overtime as you want, which is cool. Never get fired because management has no spine. Don't expect training, because you're not going to get it, and your peers as well as management will mock you for it. Good luck. Work benefits are probably the best part, and you're starting wage is going to be $7-10 under the competition.

A lot of time and money wasted on trivial things like pins or coffee sleeves but charged 50$ for a coffee? There was a lot of "not my job" there, so it was always a struggle to get anything done.

meeting and exceeding all job requirements learned the ins and outs of railcar repairs.trained new employees enjoyed working with others as well independently.
