They pay next to nothing and the owner and his son are quite possibly the 2 most irresponsible and disrespectful individuals I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and apply with any other builder. They hire some of the lowest quality sales people I have ever worked with.

Great co-workers, and good balance between independent and assisted work with the managers. Always business never a dull moment, but a great work culture with fun benefits within the company. Left due to relocation.

Culture was great there. They do care about there employees. And the put out a great product. Plans weren’t always great but solutions where always found. 

hire new staff and have existing staff train then lay off existing staff prior to Christmas.  not very well thought out blue prints up to site staff to adjust and make right   while office staff take credit for changes

Great place to work. Strong integrity. Innovative in their designs. Gave good bonus'. Valued their employees and promoted from within often. Only downside is it tends to be clique-y.


Nice work place and people. But if you have a question about the job you can get the answer little bit late. Manager returns to emails very late and this makes harder to meet deadlines. 

They treat everyone well, work life balance is terrific. The edmonton construction manager is awesome, he is very knowledgeable and will answer most any question with an educated answer.

Amazing staff and management. Culture is getting  better and a fun place to work. They have a good community involvement and work with some fun charities.

Homes By Avi’s vibe and overall office culture is very cohesive. I believe this starts right at the top with Avi himself. A pleasure to go to work. I definitely recommend.

This company was a great company to work for. Avi was invested in his employees and always has time for them. They were supportive in education and willing to help you excel in your field.
