What is the best part of working at the company?
The people you work with make it a great experience. Management can be very childish. The work is quite satisfying when you're able to do it the proper way.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful thing was being told to do things backwards or not correct.  Another issue was trying to get decent working tools needed to complete jobs

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It had  a idgaf feel to it. Nobody cared anymore for the way things turned out

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day included going to the shop being told where and what you're doing then getting there and finding out you need more than what you were given to do the tasks

Each and every aspect they will find your weaknesses and help you however they need to and then they own you

Poor absolutely terrible and horrific

H e llon earth if that were ya place for you to work

Company didn't respect working hours, skill, or production. Top down issues, micromanages to the point the managers cant even be on site regularly. 

Often accounts closed. Don't use your own money. I'm still waiting on reciepts back. 

But they will use you for every ounce of energy with no thanks. And will penalize you for asking for time for an hour off after working 40 hours overtime. 

Encouraged by the CEO the management seemingly write us up daily for whats really a lack of organization. 




Did very little of what I was hired to do. The upper management were condescending, treated their employees like garbage, expected you to ump when they speak and embarrassed you in front of other employees. Unsafe warehouse, forklift had no breaks, they recycled used products and charged as new. The hardest part of the job was going to work. There was nothing enjoyable about working there. I quit after 3 months.

Decent pay, but not worth it.

Management. Planning. Toxic work environment.

Toxic work environment… Under qualified personel running jobs, with scabby work.

Stressful. Manager / owner enjoys seeing conflict within his teams.

If you enjoy feeling productive and thrive on challenges, this is a great place to be! The workload is engaging enough to keep you busy, and you’ll have the flexibility to take short breaks when needed, including time to step outside for a smoke. 

Typical day is fairly busy but makes the day go by fast. Learning everyday different systems programs . There’s always management available to guide and assist. Everyone works well with all cultures within the company. Hardest part of the job isn’t related to the job itself but the travel the most enjoyable part of the job is the atmosphere is always happy and helpful 

Constant change and improvement lend it self to a positive work environment. You work hard- but if you're honest and do your job it is a very positive and rewarding work environment. 
Lots of room for growth and skill development. You are always given the opportunity / encouraged to grow and learn new skills and take on new responsibilities if you desire ! 

They will tell you 7-5 but give you a workload for 5:30-7-8. 
They cherry pick what issues they want to deal with from employee to employer. If you aren’t a competent fast learner, then you will slip through the cracks! They hire a lot of yard-tard types that you unfortunately have to work with day 2 day.
