Hypertec is growing and throughout Covid-19, no layoffs due to pandemic occurred. The company owners care about making sure employees have a steady employment and safe place to work.  
There are opportunities for employees to learn through on-the-job projects and cross-functional training. This depends on whether a person wants this opportunity though. It's also a busy place, so you have to like working in a fast-paced environment. 
The company is going through some changes as it grows, and not everyone is comfortable with change. However leaders are encouraging employees to share feedback so that concerns can be discussed. I know people who have said things, both good and bad, and were supported by their manager, so it can be a good environment when people are willing to share, grow and learn.  

A flexible work environment allowing employees to manage their schedules effectively, promoting work-life balance. Overtime work is expected, but you are in charge of managing your load of work and negotiate with your management. This flexibility enables team members to attend to personal obligations without sacrificing productivity. Additionally, it encourages creativity and collaboration as individuals can participate in different initiatives. you are expected to be self motivated and self driven to results and your previous experience is valued.
Management should prioritize trust and foster a culture of collaboration recognizing individual efforts, as excessive "how to do" stifles innovation and demotivates employees.

Micromanagement and fear management at its best.

Since it's a family business, nepotism is very much present in this company. Jobs are being handed out to friends and family of management. 

Bullying is not a priority. The management tolerate rude, uncivilized & unprofessional people who have been working for years.  

A lot of politics between departments, where a lot of back stabbing and blaming is happening as everyone is trying to cover their mistakes if something goes wrong. Worst place I've ever worked at. Everybody wants to be Boss but nobody wants to work. In some departments there are more managers than actual workers. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people/employees who work at the company, are all quite warm and welcoming.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There isn't one as long as you are working low down enough on the company hierarchy. Entry level positions are absolutely no stress.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is very welcoming and warm. At best, the people can be very caring and loveing, if you work there long enough.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company is easy going and stress-free.

A  typical day at work. Now normally involves sitting around to "fix" things or provide solutions that  no one else can.

I didn't really "learn" anything. I just updated my skills/

The hardest part of the job is dealing with upper management stepping on everyone "beneath" them.

The most enjoyable part of the job? The guys and girls in production are like my extended family. 

Hypertec is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. The culture at Hypertec is the best I've ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers and supervisors are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. Because Hypertec is growing so rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be more creative!

Work colleagues are great; however, salaries are low,  employee morale is low with little opportunity for advancement in most dept's. Poor upper management team showing disconnect with employees; often unappreciated for a job well done.  Bonuses are rare but could happen if your work in a good dept.with engaging respectful manager. Lack of financial recognition, but If you're looking for a career in IT such as programming, networking etc... you might build a career here; working in other dept's, this will be a job only.

Amazing team both the operations and production .

Not stressful assembly is done smoothly in the production sector

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Following simple assembly instructions. Gym inside facility both fitness and court like basketball. Nice lounge area. Amazing choices at cafeteria

My typical day at work was:Code, total, enter a computer, verify and reconcile transactions for receivables and payable, checks, invoices and bank statements.Calculate, prepare and issue invoices, recorded inventory, account statements with SAP and Adonix. Participate in the preparation of financial statements.learned how to work with the team and how to improve myself.The management was very supportive.The co-workers was really fun to work with.The hardest part of the job was to create new project.The most enjoyable part of the job was to be a part of the team.



I had the pleasure of working at Hypertec as an engineer, and I can confidently say that it was a fantastic experience. The management team is incredibly supportive and always ready to help, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment. The facility itself is excellent, with a well-equipped canteen that makes meal times enjoyable. Additionally, the remote work model provided a great balance between work and personal life, allowing for flexibility without compromising productivity. Overall, Hypertec is a top-notch workplace that truly values its employees.
