some nasty people - retired older ones - who think they are running the whole place.   Bossy and quite a few of them seem to think it is OK to steamroll over others.   I guess they are just a tad power hungry.  They need to do some housecleaning and add more security people for the areas where needed.    They seem to need better management with the exception of a few of the good ones.  Plus there should be restrictions on dating of co-workers.  This makes everyone uncomfortable.  There is one manager I know who definitely need a promotion.  he should be the boss the of all the rest.

Good place to learn new skills as there are plenty of talented guards. That being said with any company there will be guards who aren't that great. The managers do their best to put the good guards in leadership roles. If you want good experience quickly this is a great company to work for. The hours are pretty easy as thy are mostly for concerts and there is generally always something to do.

Hourly was good , was promised 32 hrs. In the interview,  went down to 24 the next month,  
then to 16 hrs the next month , again I was been lied to...I mean I told them not to play these games with me I have 3 kids and family to feed , ...
The admin started to leave the company one by one because of the owners attitude and behavior and the changes in statements....every now and then..

shifts are only four to six hours long depending on the event. I learned that every one is very different in work ethics, some just don't have it.
Management can be laid back or harsh you pick their mood. Hardest part of the job is having to put a patron out who paid money for the show for being to intoxicated or acting a fool.
 Most enjoyable is being around many new faces and meeting the entertainment.

I enjoy going to a job, and being around all type of people. I always like learning new things. I get along with management and don't mind taking orders. I am a hard worker and enjoy most of my jobs. I find in every field there is always something to learn.

Typical day at work would be dealing with intoxicated individuals who seek to loiter around a small mall, with nothing better to do for themselves.
Provide help to those who need help and try to make sure things remain peaceful for those visiting the mall on business.

It’s a good company to work for you are able to meet different crowds of people most are very nice there is the odds one that will cause a disturbing so you radio your supervisor about the situation and they will remove the person from the crowd so everyone can can enjoy the event 

the job was interesting to do but better suited for someone who just wanted to earn a little to offset retirement
the job required you to go to different towns for the day,  got paid for travel time also.  The best part was meeting the singers and their crew.

This is only a part time job working sporting and music events mostly.It is a great Company to work for and you are able to watch unbelievable concerts and sporting events.

great place to work if you like concerts and special events. Staff friendly and helpful. Different venues indoors and out.
