As a dispatch admin assistant I learned a lot about the container industry and how it worked. 
The workload would pile up and there was no way to catch up on days were we got busy or I had to dedicate large amounts of time waiting on hold and trying to get RVs at CN. 
The warehouse staff both in the office and the warehouse were all delightful people who I enjoyed working with on a daily basis. The FTL dispatcher was a miserable grumpy old lady who was not a joy to work with most of the time. She hated everyone in the other office and I often had to listen to her rant about them. The LTL team was very friendly and easy to work with. The accounting team I had to work with was not always clear in what they wanted and it could get confusing, but once we were on the same page it was alright.

i get along with people easily and  fast learner i love to learn new skills and upload my self. i faced hard and easy days at work, my typical day was its rush service like one day the customer order the product and they had to ship with in one hr but its like big order and i put my hard eford to finish and i did. 
second in ADCo ;logistic  i faced several typical  al one of them are its the driver took wrong shipment by accidentally i am the one figure out and then first  i told my supervisor then i called the driver but he did not pik up and when  i  reached he was close to the delivery area and we dont have much time but our goo time the driver came and his shift is done but he has more time in log book so i request him and send the product  and send the driver who took the wrong one to the product has to reached and i fax the paper work so both reached on time and both customers are happy/

Typical day would consist of answering emails from agents from around the world. Getting and giving transportation rates and quotes for international transport services. Answering local clients needs as well as quoting various transportation services for import and export shipments. I learnt many aspects of the international shipping industry for ocean as well as air and truck freight. Hardest part of the job was trying to keep up with the massive amount of work that was expected to be completed which was completely unattainable.

Trucking department is poorly managed, literally clueless when it come to respect in the office , when you have a serious problem, you are dismissed and ignored. Have no sales for the trucking department, they basically rob you with the rates and service is not reliable. Hard to get ahold of dispatch and customer service does not exist.

I worked here for about 2 weeks, I loved the company, the people and also the atmosphere. The training was quick and software was easy to learn. If I was not switching my career path, I wouldn’t of left this company.

Company treats you like family and work is fast paced at times and at times you will have time to catch up on tracing.



I really enjoyed working with all employees one and all, and there is a great sense of structure and organization within the company that within all that work there and I really enjoyed being employed there .

Time goes really fast, there is always something to do keep your self busy. 


It was very good work and i feel happy while working there. I worked there as an general labour and my duty was of order picking and packaging. Everyone working there was friendly with me due to which i worked there stress free.

I was there through an agency. It is a warehouse associate positon.
I processed customer orders and did inventory as well as packaging items to send out to customers

Work culture is top notch,  the rate of pay is way behind the times. The average employee is searching for another job. Management is not considerate of raises.
