One of the best organization to work with. 
Their standards are pretty much same in the countries I worked. It’s like an institution and one has great scope to grow. Due to its fast paced nature, some people are not able to catch up.
I personally love working in such organization.

The day would start by analyzing daily sales report and react accordingly. Ensure enough floor  and zone coverage. Very busy environment.  The fun part is that it is not a routine. There's something different everyday. Fun coworkers. It does get challenging when there are more tasks to achieve and not enough manpower

Is a good company to adquire very good experience, the system is much better than the competence, after working there, you able to work anywhere under stress, you learn something new every day  , a typical day in this company will be always a lor of action and stress but will always learn .

Of course it may depend on location but select managers are pushy, self-centered and excessive. Understaffed most of the time.  A typical day on the floor consists of helping customers whilst restocking the clothes people have bought, etc. Rude customers are common.

It is a good place for those  who has a passion for fashion, who enjoys working in teams, who likes to learn new things on the daily basis.
Internal mobility opportunities.

Management doesn't value the importance of compliance. This can be very stressful for someone who understands Canadian payroll legislation. The payroll procedure is more like a factory line. Get the payroll out and deal with issues later.

Outstanding management performance, the work place environment promotes the angagement of employees and the company provide growing opportunities for employees with outstanding performance.

The supervisors and coaches are nice and have knowledge about the company. The environment is good and calm. The procedures are clear and reasonable. 

I enjoyed the team culture within the company and learned a lot about the products and how effectively to communicate with clients and deliver  solutions to their needs.

In general is not bad for a part time job, you can see good managers and bad ones. The job is too demanding day to day and are long hours until late to clean the store.
