Integrative Rehab is a great company to work for. The clinicians are kind and easy to work with. Integrative Rehab uses a collaborative approach to provide patient-centred care, I felt supported with each file I was given. The work environment is relaxed and fun, we spend so much of our time at work, it’s important to have a stress-free work environment. The compensation is competitive and favours the clinicians. There is always room for professional growth, internal promotions is favoured. The owner listens to your needs and is very accommodating & flexible. The clients are amazing, they are so appreciative of all that you do for them. This is a company that I will grow with.

Work is very easy, but some procedures are obsolete, redundant, and not well organized. You might find solutions to some issues, but management does not usually have ears to listen to you. 

There is little/few technical knowledge and skills that you will learn by working for this company - of course it depends on your position. 

Clinicians are nice people. You may enjoy the company's relaxed atmosphere.

The management team is very supportive and ensures that all staff have the tools/resources they need to succeed in their role. The best part of the job is helping individuals who have acute/chronic injuries and knowing that we have such a positive impact on their lives/well-being. Very rewarding. The work environment is amazing, very relaxed and the clinicians collaborate effectively. 

Overall great experience working at Integrative Rehab. Manager is very supportive and helpful. Work environment is relaxed. Appreciate the open communication between staff and management. Admin staff is amazing - they help you book clients to ensure your schedule is full. Facility is clean and organized.

I really enjoy working at Integrative Rehab.  The culture here is great and although the team is lighthearted, we take caring for patients seriously.  I will continue to work here and build great relationships. 

Great supporting staff and management.  Owner is very understanding and fair.  Would still be working here if I had not moved.  Schedule is flexible and it is nice to work along side doctors as well. 

My experience at Integrative Rehab was great. The team I worked with became my family. The company's values aligned with my personal values, which is very important to me in a workplace. Great culture, great pay and very flexible environment.

The management/owner is extremely rude and condescending to staff. I would not recommend at all. The pay is also very low and does not cover a living wage in the lower mainland. I would avoid this place at all costs. 

Very flexible company to work for.  Great executive staff and skilled health professionals.  Great locations with multidisciplinary team. I would recommend this company to others!

Great work environment. Clinicians are highly skilled and professional. Company promotes within, lots of room for professional growth. Fun work environment!
