What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
see #1. Long hours, poor comms, and low commissions

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
terrible. Set up as both a competition.  and a brand - pick one, Om not working for a a team, but then trying to not pay anyone else a nickle for anything.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You need to be there at 730 for the pep meeting. Everyone is on a PEP Plan. So micromanagement is the may p[art of your day ....

Absolutely horrendous company. I would not recommend this company, their leaders or any of their employees to anyone in my network under any circumstances. Terrible leadership, systems and training. No market presence or brand recognition, combined with a frat-boy style office environment, backstabbing and undermining. Total compensation and benefits are sub-par. Avoid this company at all costs and do not waste your time with them.

I absolutely loved my time at IFG.  I'm truly sad that I had to leave due to some unforeseen circumstances.  My family was ill back home and I did not think it was fair to IFG for them to hold my seat.  IFG was very supportive in my growth.  They had great sales people bringing in great roles for me to help work and I was able to make some really good money doing it.  Thank you IFG.  Maybe one day our paths will meet again!

Sub-Par Recruiting company to work for. No clients have heard of this company. 

Started off amazing, then you really see the face value of other colleagues. No guide, marketing, industry presence, etc. 

Colleagues start getting rumbled when their client calls you and needs help sourcing on roles. 

No Management support. It's a "do it or leave" attitude. Knowing that clients won't pay certain fees for certain roles.

The recruiters are professional and very supportive. They ensure the onboarding process for their clients is seamless and well executed. IFG kept the communication line open. I was always getting calls from my recruiter asking me for feedback and if I needed help. I will surely recommend. The Management are doing a great job. They need to engage their former contractors more.

I worked part time at IFG while I was continuing my studies at University.  During this time, I was a part of a great leadership team who helped me with my first office job outside of working retail.  They were very supportive and made my time there very enjoyable.  I hope that when I graduate in a couple of years, I am able to rejoin them on a full time base.

I value the relationships that I have built working with this company. I have been given many opportunities to grow and excel in my career. The staff are great and always help me with any issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Keep it up, keep being the great people that you are and thank you for all that you do.

Management is approachable and ensure your needs are met at work place.  Take time to meet for updates / feedback to ensure good employee engagement and satisfied with working environment. IFG provides seasonal get-togethers for networking and celebration of life events.

I feel IFG gives me the opportunity to be a great recruiter.  The leadership is seasoned and are all willing to help me be successful.  This is the first time I've been an agency recruiter and I was nervous, was not sure if this was for me; but after the first couple of months, I knew it was!  And I feel a bit contribution to this is due to IFG.
