I am so grateful to have found this place.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I love how everyone will say 'Good morning' to you every day, no matter what their title.

HR Manager is such so friendly and reassuring. The owner is so nice, too. The Marketing Director is the sweetest person ever. No one looks down on me just because I work front desk, unlike some of the other jobs I've had. Everyone treats you with respect, including visitors.

Having been here only a few months, I unfortunately fell a bit ill. And everyone was so understanding and telling me to take the time off if I needed it. 

The job can be a little stressful at times, but it is a good kind of stress and doesn't last long. I honestly look forward to going into work everyday, because I truly enjoy working here and interacting with all my co-workers. This is the kind of job that makes you WANT to go the extra mile.

They pay you a living wage - something that I have had trouble finding in this field for years. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing was good about working there! They treated everyone lower then them horribly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything was stressful! They didn't want to train you properly and expect you to know what your doing without proper training!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The place was horrible to work for!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful miserable just horrible!

Didn’t like how I got treated near the end. It started nice in 2007. But by 2017 things went really downhill. No protection. Felt very stressed out and anxiety kicked in. Management are a bunch of liars. Never given a fair chance to learn anything new. And only making just over $15 an hour after 11 years wasn’t fair. 

My typical day consist of going to the office and picking my order for the night. the most enjoyable part of the day is midday because the days half over. The hardest part about my job is when you get small orders because they require you do get on the forklift so it strains the back after a while but thats normal and I'm used to any kind of work.

I was foolish to leave Italpasta. This friendly environment and helpful people makes it awesome to work for. People there are easy to get along with. For the amount of knowledge i learned while being there 13 years I figured I should be making more money then i was. This is the only reason why i left.

I have enjoyed a lot by working with italpasta company as it was my first experience in the field of packing after that I liked the good and peaceful environment that I achieved by working there in future if I would get a chance to work again with I would definitely select them.

working there was a new experience because of the role i was hired for. The coworker was not the best in explaining this new role and what i would be doing and was patient in training (if you can even call it that). though the pay was pretty decent

It's have been pleasure to work with this food industry. It's good to work with this employer. I got chance to learn many aspect of electrical maintenance of heavy duty Pasta machine as well as plant maintenance.

Time at this work goes by so fast. Good opportunity for new comers or recent graduates who are looking into starting their career. Also company believes in equality.
