There is a lot of advancement opportunities at J Suss. It's a great work environment and it is easy to have a good work/life balance. Management tries to come up with new ideas all the time to improve the business and they also take advice from the employees which is great. The office is very nice and open, so there are no closed doors between the employees and management.

I’ve been working here for three years, and it’s a great company with a positive work environment. You can always count on support from your colleagues and management. The flexible hours are especially helpful for families with kids. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

A very intense place to work. Never get dull a moment. A lot of work for a few people. A lot of PMs are coming and going away. No training program is scheduled for the new arrivals.

Lots of physical activity, but no stress. The short Fridays are very convenient for personal needs. A great job for those starting their careers or new to Quebec and Canada. The team is extremely friendly.

not good benefits for warehouse workers. raises very hard to come by and insurance is 6 months of working there to get. bad communication with day shift and night shift 

The work-life balance is excellent, which makes all the difference.   I can confidently say it’s one of the best work environments I’ve experienced with the positive atmosphere and supportive team.

never overly stressed well guided, with different angles to learn what expected, the coworkers are very nice. an enjoyable enviromnent to not be overly stressed and pushed.

Overall good experience however i feel salary could be competitive and my position could have been better as per my skill set. Work environment is good!

Good leadership and operations, positive environment, ethical. Only a few challenging characters, 90 percent very good. Treat their employees well. Would recommend.
