as per pharmacy job , a busy day is a bit challenging , because patient end up being impatient and others end up being rude to us, out of this i learned that, when we are serving client , we should be understanding, reasonable, ready to come up with solutions or a perfect answer to their questions and encouraging them to be patient, even if they end up being rude , to avoid making conflicts, working with coworkers is the best thing , as a cleaning job, team work make the job easier and faster, which saves time and energy and after everything we are all happy to see a beautiful work that had been done with a lot of support. the most hardest part of the job is dealing with aggressive client but we all have to find the best solution to solve it.The most enjoyable part of the job is working in a safe ,employee friendly environment,where yo have the right to share your ideas and where you ave all the support you need to make you feel confident for the position.

Poor leadership- Senior management needs to make changes to how they engage and support  employees 
Unfair targets-  Employees need more training  and better support systems - HIRE MORE STAFF
Poor compensation- commission and bonuses are at management discretion...also...benefits are only offered to certain employees 
Franchisees treated poorly- Diversity Training sorely needed
Unhealthy and fearful work environment- Encourag teamwork, include all employees, be open to new ideas, encourage sharing 
No room for advancement- Few positions and reluctance to change anything

The job depends on how many account we have in our family business but right now we are having small amount of time depending how we clean the place and how big the place is. We just maintaining cleanliness in everyday cleaning schedule.

I live home and take the bus at 6:30 to go at my work that starts at 8:00. I enter with my key and unlock the alarm. I get my stuff and start cleaning. I sweap the flour the mop. I cacuum the carpets. at the end I clean the boards.

there's nothing special to talk about, we go to offices and we clean. At least that means we're trustworthy and do our jobs accordingly since we've been doing it for quite a bit of time but honestly there's not much to say.

it is a very quiet place to work, and you can work there by yourself without anyone disturbing you and get your job done as soon as you can

It was amazing experience to work in Jan pro, very healthy environment, feeling safe in locations, f/u is continuous. Management members are very approachable.

Great opportunity to earn more. At first, a job is difficult, but when you get along, you will get used to it. Employers are nice and supportive. You work on your own convenient time.

Great company, I can choose to accept the account or not if I want. 
The most enjoyable part was I can have a full-time job while working for Jan-pro.

I enjoyed this company its a good company.
So far I have no negative feedback in terms of salary and company benefits.
