I had the opportunity to work with Kore Software last year. My short but impactful time there was incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally. Even though it was just a brief stint of a contract, the opportunity to collaborate with the executive team and department managers greatly enhanced my professional journey. Kore Software's dedication to maintaining work-life balance and fostering diversity, inclusion, and respect is commendable. Their supportive atmosphere, where each milestone and quality work are recognized and celebrated, created a highly motivating environment. Despite the fast-paced culture, the support from colleagues, coupled with open and respectful communication, made every challenge manageable. 

I've been with KORE Software for over 4 years in a development role and have seen the company improve year over year. The management listens to every employee and really tries to take feedback into account. I've had the opportunity to learn new technologies and make an impact on the companies road map.

No politics. The VPs were previously programmer and they really understand the challenges of development. KORE does a great job of filtering out bad employees. If you do well, you will last, but otherwise you likely won't pass probation. Most companies keep 'nice but incompetent' people around, but KORE expects everyone to contribute.

Easygoing and relaxed environment. I'd definitely recommend to some looking for a change or starting their career.

Depending which department you work in but management seems to be riding the nice ride with very little accountability, can run the show how each likes it without any transparency. Very slow to change, no collaboration, departments work in silos, teams uses different processes for development. 

Not the place to be if you are looking to add to your resume, outdated technology and processes. Not the brightest group of people you will work with, which creates a very uninspiring atmosphere. Leads are very junior and lacks some basic industry knowledge.

Management have no clue how much work you have on your plate because they have no process or systems in place. 

KORE is a company that specializes in CRM (Dynamics & Salesforce) integrations. As a developer this company is a dead end, you will be working with old tech stacks, outdated documentations and success / sales manager who do not care about the scope or quality of work. Very few skills you learn at this company will be applicable outside of KORE and they actively discourage employees from going outside of their very tightly pigeon-holed roles. I cannot stress enough, if you have any experience avoid KORE like the plague. Managers, do not have your best interests / development in mind and the teams are a revolving door of developers. 

The company still has a long way to go in establishing proper management practices.

Things will depend a lot on which team/product you support but there are some really outdated tools, technologies and processes to be avoided if possible.

Management doesn't have any formalized job descriptions or expectations, no career growth or progression plans, and no performance evaluation criteria.

If you're interviewing make sure you listen very carefully to what is said in the interview about the nature of the position you're applying for.

KORE offers a great work/personal life balance, I myself only worked late hours/weekends on a handful of occasions. The overall vibe is ok, pretty laid-back and access through the hierarchy is very open. Also, a good place to be in touch with the latest tech out there.

And that's about it. The pay average scores below Vancouver's average, benefits are bottom-level standard. Management, in general, is comprised of highly experienced DEVELOPERS, but junior level when it comes to actual people management ...

Fantastic group of young people. Kore has a very good set of products. Most products are based on CRM Dynamics and Salesforce. It is a busy environment. Make sure you give them a chance.

Worst professional experience I've ever had.  No real plan for my role with the company, no workplace culture, inexperienced management, cramped office space, unhappy employees. My time at Kore software Vancouver was a disaster.  I can't recommend this place to anyone.

SAS company, building their product on Dynamics/Salesforce for sport teams around the globe. If you love and support sports for entertainment,  have solid technical skills and are able to function in a rapidly changing and growing environment, this is for you!

There was a lot of pressure that did not let the employee focus on one specific task and work enough to resolve the issue. they had a lot of project managers and limited resource
