Decisions by C-suite and high-level management negatively impact entry-level workers by docking hours while increasing workload. Poor choices are made regarding policies and customer service protocols that are not only inconvenient for customers but also place unfair pressure on frontline employees. For example, during the Christmas season, a restrictive return policy prevented returns of certain items during specific periods, leading to widespread customer frustration. As a result, entry-level workers were left to handle upset customers without sufficient support, making an already challenging environment even more difficult.

At the same time, despite a noticeable increase in customer volume, employees have faced reduced working hours, which limits their pay while simultaneously increasing their responsibilities. This combination creates a stressful work environment where staff must do more with less time and fewer resources, ultimately impacting morale and the quality of customer service.


Do not work for this company. The shop director (Jaclyn Reid) lacks the skills to lead people or cultivate a healthy work environment. She doesn't know how to communicate or offer proper training that is needed to do your job, yet they expect you to know things. They focus on the wrong things when the company has real operational issues. From the office to the stores, there is no proper structure. There is no accountability or support from the leaders. 

this company is probably the most disorganized company i’ve ever seen. they cannot seem to make up their mind on anything and they do not listen to feedback. working here in any capacity of management is frustrating to say the least, with last minute hour cuts to save money (on holidays too), constantly changing rules that significantly affect employees and then taking them back like it never happened when they don’t work out. they are unappreciative of their loyal employees in a way that feels incredibly disrespectful. 

This is a company that is needing to step backwards and work as the startup it is. The employees need to remove the idea that they are heavily funded as this allows for careless excess spending and poor judgement by several staff. Slowly we are getting to where we need to be to grow more organically. 
Change is hard but change is educational so anyone that has grown through it or comes onboard now will only receive some of the most valuable education in building a business.

A company suffering a poor business hand over. Egotistical leadership thats being guided by personal gains, leaving employees left struggling to find focus, or purpose.

Very little accountability held to managers for treating employees with respect.

A lot of talk of culture, change, and values, and yet none exist in the walk.

Do not work here. The manager doesn’t not communicate. They don’t value your time or effort. Expect you to go above and beyond with zero incentive or support or even through communication. Manager speaks with zero respect for employees. The turn over was CONSTANT. 

It is a fast paced company, and I have learned a lot in the two years I've been there.  They were a start up company when I joined them and a lot has changed since then.  The culture and  the co-workers are great.  There has been a lot of employee turnover and because of this there is very little job security.

There was often a lack of clear communication from leadership, and it felt like priorities were constantly shifting without proper explanation.  It was difficult to feel motivated or supported when leadership didn’t seem unified, and the lack of structure made it challenging to achieve personal or team goals.

I was with the company for two years at HQ. Overall, I had a good experience. Hybrid model was great for flexibility and work-life balance. Managers and HR made time for their employees, and the CEO is caring and has great vision for the company. 

Great employee discount and vacation perks, however benefits could be a lot better.

The job itself was ok, but the managers weren’t always the best. 
They would overlook moral harassment due to friendship and take advantage in case they know you are in a vulnerable situation.
It became better after one of the managers left, but still it shouldn’t had been like this in the first place.
