Attitude  and 2 face people  pass the buck all the time

Just do the job because  we're just a number

Had to manage and perform the work.  Constant push to deliver.  Learned a lot about railway jobs.  Some co-workers friendly others out to get you.  the hardest part was not being home.  Enjoyable due to seeing a lot of  Ontario.

I have been employed at Lacroix Construction for a year now and I enjoy going to work each day. It is a fast-paced setting that changes from day to day depending on what the client's needs are.

Decent place to work co workers are good the overall vibe is horrible. Family run lots of promises no delivery long hours with no respect from the boss if you enjoy being stepped on daily this is the place to work . Last resort place of employment if you can work any where else do so . 

Was e very great environment treated me very well was very good hours would for sure recommend this job to a friend or aquantince they would love doing work with them I know I did

Lots of work available.Good pay. They treat their employees poorly. You're expected to accept disrespect and take blame for anyones mistakes with more seniority than you. No chance for advancement.

started 7 pm usually until 7am but if required to go somewhere else you had to go.If you break down you have to fix it yourself and if you can't oh well we will call you when it's ready

At Lacroix construction you have to work very hard for very long hours if you are a labour. That being said i had amazing pay checks as they pay very well.

Years of knowledge hands on, learning new and different task in the work place,  Good communication skills how to deal with customers, vendors and employees.

This company was one of a few I loved working for. This is my type of work. The management and the co-workers are all very nice people. I really enjoyed learning new things.
