The company requires you to drive to peterborough to complete a set of assessments related to the job. They are lengthy but related to the job. There is also a paper assessment which is a bit outdated. 
The company reached out to me a week after and said they’d like to move forward with my candidacy for the job. When I told them I had another job offer, they followed up and said I did not have the amount of experience they were looking for. But 5 minutes beforehand had called and asked to move forward. After 4+ years experience in the industry and 6+ in the skills related, and the job asked for less than that, it is disappointing. I would say this was a waste of time because had I not mentioned I had another job offer I would have had to drive back up to Peterborough, do another interview, just to not be selected.

Performing desk duities and operating security surveillance systems. Completing written paperwork and using computer programs to effectively conduct my duties. Co workers are great people. Hardest part of my job is staying awake. The most enjoyable part of this job is the relaxed and easy going environment; except when there are problems with the site.

The owner is never available for help. You are expected to do everything on your own. I also was getting mass text messages from the owner beyond my working hours. The work hours are very long for very little pay. The owner also doesn't pay out commissions even though they are promised to you. You are expected to have your own vehicle, and are never paid back for your own fuel. Do yourself the favour and don't work for such an ignorant person.

While completing the assessment testing, which in my opinion is outdated and a poor representation of an individuals applicable skill set and competencies; I heard numerous "employees" bashing candidates for completing follow-ups phone calls or emails requesting a status on their personal files. 
Extremely unprofessional and a poor representation of Human Resources practices. 

They are VERY unprofessional most times and not transparent at all when you ask questions about the job you're applying for (updates) when you call on the phone speaking to the recruiter and they do not help you in finding employment at all. Save yourself from this level of stress and headache.

Management is very disorganized and difficult to contact. You will be expected to work very long hours essentially giving up any personal life. You will not be thanked or rewarded if you "go above and beyond" - they will just expect you to do that all the time. 

Unreasonable management, Unreasonable expectations. Low pay for the amount of demands they put onto you, and you are expected to give all of your time to your work if they need it. No help or constructive criticism, all blame and no assistance.

Level A has kept me employed in two different challenging, fairly paid positions. I barely missed  a beat between gigs. I feel so much more comfortable about the future now.

Extremely high turnover, very toxic office environment, unclear and ever-changing expectations. Unnecessarily long work days for no reason. Management unpleasant and disinterested. Avoid.
