The store environment can be competitive with hours being allocated based on availability and store sales. Stressful job at times with theft and violent situations occurring which can affect overall mental health and wellbeing. Lots of opportunities to take courses on beverage alcohol which is fun. If you have a good manager and coworkers its a good place to work part time.

pay is decent since it's union you get fair pay increases.
Great when it's busy as time flies. 
They provide lots of training which is awesome. 
There's always somthing to do. 
Big downfall is there is no full time unless you are part of management or are a Product Consultant. 
So be prepared to start at the bottom with not much hours and if you end up at a store with people who have been there a long time it will take forever to move up because of senority. 
Most management is ok could be better. 

Great company that is going places. Lots of ups and downs in the past, hence the poor reviews from employees that were let go following a major downsizing. In my limited experience (3 companies as a full-time employee), this employer is very ethical, fair and respectful to all its employees. The various industries it operates in are very very exciting to be a part of, and replete with opportunities

very respectful work environment, manager and assistant managers are attentive, caring, responsible and respectful. Co-workers are very nice and helpful to each other. the company care about your personal growth. great pay, good benefit. overall, it's a great place to work at.

This job was awesome not only because they started you at a really good wage but that my co workers were really nice too. We also got paid breaks and tested samples of new product. Overall I wish I would have kept this job but it was only seasonal work and I had a second job at the time which conflicted with their schedule set in place.

Assist customers to make wine, beer, an spirit choices. Run purchases through the till and bag their purchases.
Learned and still learning all the different wines and the places they come from. The way everything comes together to produce all sorts and kinds of liquor.

Very flexible shifts for students and pays quite well. Meet many fun customers and coworkers.  Lots of cashier work at the start but eventually you can get involved in many different kinds of duties around the store!  Clear policies and professional management. I enjoy it a lot.

would flow nicely when management wasnt there when she came in she was always rude and unprofessional. was a team there nobody got left out or bullied everyone got fair shifts, hardest part was lifting the heavy boxes

MBLL is full of honest and integral people, good work environment. Unfortunately no full time customer service staff, only management gets full time hours at the retail locations.

Friendly staff and management . Worked around any days off I needed and benefits were great! All around great place to work. Hours are flexible and product knowledge was easy.
