I've worked with Mobile Mechanical Solutions for quite a long time now. One thing is very apparent. If you work for it, it will come. They offer training, in any direction you show interest, an athusiastic team to support your efforts, and management that truly cares. In short, if you are passionate about your career then this place is a great place to land. 

If you are just trying to put your time in, watch the clock to get through your days, have an overall negative outlook on work/life, and do not have a passion for your career then this is not the place for you. They are growing at an exponential rate and require good quality employees that intend on growing with them. One stars come from people who didn't have a passion for there careers unfortunately. That's just the hard truth. 

Best place I've ever worked hands down, and I'm thanked everyday for my hard work. 

I’ve been a technician here at Mobile Mechanical Solutions for coming up on a year now. Management has been great to deal with, the pay is great and if you put in the work there is lots of room for growth within this company. I love working out of a fully set-up service van, and no two technicians are the same, so I like that you can organize and personalize the van to suit your work style.  I love the large variety of work environments and different commercial vehicles I get to work on. Every day I get to work on something different, and I learn something new every single day. Nice change from the same repetitive work you get working in a shop/dealership environment. 
If you are a MOTIVATED tech that likes to get work done and make some good money doing so, I highly recommend working at Mobile Mechanical Solutions. 

Great place to work, great people that you get to work with, management is great and will bend over backwards for you. All in all amazing place to work wouldn’t change a thing! Full benefits and Great pay. No shortage of work. And you get to work in different areas all over the place! I would recommend mobile mechanic too anyone that’s looking for a great place to work!

Low pay, high stress. No incentives to do better or grow within the company.  
Low hours but promised many. 
The busy times, company refuses to pay overtime after 44 hours. 
 Company knowingly overcharges customers and doesn’t send final invoice for weeks. 
 On average 1 or 3 customers complain. 


I currently work at Mobile Mechanical. I have found this place to be fast paced most times with some down time during the summer months. There is lots of room for growth within the company in all areas. Individual benefits and family benefits are available after three months of employment. 
I highly recommend working at MMS. There are many different positions available that suits all needs.

There is no good in this company!

Non stop calls when your supposed to be off. Threats and accusations

High stress and no thanks for your work 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
High anxiety and toxic environment

Worst place to work, they will lie to you every chance they can. No training, pay sucks, 12 hour shifts, No support from anyone in management, I do not recommend this place whatsoever. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I learned so much and worked with some really great people here.. they were in the process of scaling up and introducing all kinds of great things like technology changes and benefits when I left, i'm sure that they are an even better place to work now. 

Long hours, low pay, no benefits, 12 hour shifts, no breaks or lunches. They expect you to eat at your computer with the phone attached to your hip. Never work for them unless you want headaches and lack of communication. 

Have enjoyed working here for the last 5 years. Work from home, continental shift. Techs are great to work with.  Other dispatchers are helpful and quick to jump in where necessary.
Owners are fabulous people!
