I learned about taking a team of office people and coming together to make an organisation work. My co-workers where all very hard working and helpful and fun to work with. They were all friendly and accomodating. Management was strong yet kind to staff. They were direct and to the point which was helpful and they had a nice way of dealing with issues. 
The hardest part of the job was managing the many different task that was handed to you at the same time. So organisational skills were definetly an asset to have and learning how to prioritise what should come first. 
The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing you could make a difference in one customer's life by helping meet their need no matter the size of the need.

If you want to be just a number day to day filling a role that lines the pockets of one man that fails to provide the necessities of safe year round winter work by having good tires and 4 wheel drive , clearly the extra bucks the 4x4 option on the 1000 plus vehicles you purchase annually is just too great of a cost to keep.your staff safe and able to return to their families once again!

The job has no incentives other than an average at best  base salary, no opportunities for advancement and an ever increasing workload not commensurate with the salary. This company struggles to hire and retain quality employees and uses this as an excuse to keep poor underperforming employees onboard. Overall a disappointing and frustrating company to work for that offers very little to its employees. 

Management finds a way to lie to you no mater if there talking or not worst company I have ever worked for management at superintendent level was a joke why would they even alow the  type of people they have in places of authority  to run a maintenance shop that couldn’t tie there own shoes properly and a pure lack of intelligence 
Would not recommend a mechanic taking a job with municipal unless they are ready for drama and childish games Moncton maintenance was absolutely a crock and a kindergarten made by management 

Management is not engaged in any way. Equipment is substandard and is not maintained,the equipment got minimal service and was always at the cusp of breaking down. You do not matter here. You are run ragged and if you don't get your work done you are disciplined and yet you are expected to follow their rules. Money is very poor. Pickers are treated horrible and you can make more at McDonald's and you don't have to work as hard. Do not work here. 

Senior Leadership at the provincial level is archaic. Compensation advancement is taboo, you are supposed to be happy you have a job there.  

The crews are extremely well trained and do top notch work. District level management is also strong in most places. 

Travel is extensive at times 

Access to high quality equipment 





 sometimes the job is stressful but fulfilling . My co-workers for the most part are great to work with. The hardest part  of my job is being away from home. The most enjoyable part is when at the end of the day everything is running smoothly and you look forward to the next day.

You work outside with little to no shelter. Boot allowance, hard hat and safety vest are provided but not rain gear or winter gear. You will be just a number working there unless you are part of the inner circle. The pay isn't very good for the type of work you do. Do not develop a chronic illness that is out of your control or they will threaten to fire you.

Currently working at the head office for the Municipal Group of Companies. The culture and atmosphere is wonderful, and management has an excellent relationship with their staff. 

Fantastic work environment , the management and ownership of the company exudes pride and team spirit.
The company has expanded to encompass many industries which translate to endless potential for its employees.
