In my experience, this was one of the most toxic and discouraging workplaces I’ve been in. Management often avoids accountability, instead shifting blame onto staff, which creates a culture of stress and frustration. Employees are frequently assigned tasks outside of their role, sometimes without proper support, making the work feel unsafe and unappreciated. Work-life balance is poor, with schedules changed at the last minute and little regard for employees’ time. Opportunities for growth feel limited, and concerns raised by staff are rarely acknowledged. Overall, the environment feels demoralizing and unsupportive, making it very difficult to stay motivated. The new Plant Manager is a Narcissist.

Management has no accountability when there's a problem on the line instead of fixing it, they look for someone to blame, and it always falls on the line workers. There is no career growth; even they post jobs internally, they really won't give chance to line worker. They even promoted the supervisor who already had many issues with the staff, clear favoritism. Director and Production Manager is dishonest in every way just to cover up their own negligence. During group meetings, they say all sorts of things,but when you raise a concern and if they ask input in the end they will blame you as if its your fault. 
They will monitor you thru the camera to just find any fault to have them reason to give you a memo. NO life balance they treat you as slave.

This is a pretty good place to work if you like free (obscenely delicious) bread and don't mind getting up early. They rotate you between stations to prevent boredom throughout the day and there're opportunities to specialize so it's a solid job. However, for me with my autism it was overstimulating; very noisy environment with a LOT of numbers (product codes) to remember. Plus, machines are scary. If you are okay with noise, numbers, and machines it'll be a great job for you. Personally, it stressed me out, so I did not stay long, but I think it's a wonderful job for people who are not as stress prone as I am!

They offer a 6 week training program for the production worker position where you learn the different positions on the production line.  My training plan was screwed up and I was a week behind.  This worried me as soon as it was discovered. Any time I had asked about my training progress I received vague,inconclusive answers that didn't tell me where I needed to improve.  

I was asked to do certain tasks and senior employees would often hijack it and do it not giving me a chance to learn.  I made the mistake of expressing this frustration to my trainer and later that day,  I was informed I was fired because I was not a good fit. I got along with most of my coworkers, so it was definitely not that. 

This place will suck your soul dry and kick you to the curb when they no longer need you. Management often micromanages with no clear accountability. Management wants 'communication' but doesn't bother communicating with staff themselves.
Make sure to check the schedule EVERY DAY because they will change the schedule on a Friday after the first shift has gone home, missing the change, and again no communication to affected staff.
Good luck getting trained after the initial training you get. Management runs its hiring in a 'Sink or Swim' style often overloading new hires.

I’ve been working at OK Frozen Dough for several years now and am proud to be part of the team! It is a great work environment; positive, clean, safe, and good management. Toxic people can’t survive in this environment haha. There are also a variety of job stations that people are rotated through hourly which is nice. Lots of room for advancement as well. The people here will make sure you feel like part of the team! Just remember it is a physically demanding job that keeps you moving. I mean who wants to sit around all day anyway?

The management and coworkers were great the job not so much. In the interview they didn’t clearly outline the job and never told me how loud the work was. You have to wear earplugs all day, which made getting to know your coworkers very hard never mind listening to instructions while in training. The work is very monotonous and boring while also very physical.

Terrible management at this location. The manager has no respect for employees and shows zero leadership skills. Communication is poor, favoritism is obvious, and they don’t value hard work. High turnover here is no surprise.” Do not recommend working here if this manager is in charge. Unprofessional behavior, rude attitude, and no ability to handle problems. Good workers end up quitting because of the toxic environment.

The staff and management are committed to their colleagues and employees. The management team is exceptional in their compassion and acceptance and offer an excellent wage and benefits. The commitment to quality and standards is a commitment to bringing the best product to the customer and their employees. 

Management will lie straight to your face, they demand overtime while ignoring requests for time off. Production manager/CEO clearly wants to make the company look good on paper at the detriment of their employees. Management will sit in their offices and watch the cameras all day and will come down immediately if they see anyone not acting like a robot.
