I recently had the opportunity to work at this facility, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The work environment was toxic, with clear favoritism shown to certain employees. The workload was overwhelming, and the compensation was below par. Despite receiving a good performance review, I was not given a raise, which was demotivating.

Another drawback was the payment schedule - salaries are paid only once a month, and that too on the 15th of every month. This lack of flexibility made it challenging to manage finances effectively.

What struck me most was the management team's lack of education and professionalism. This reflected in the overall work culture and decision-making processes.

Overall, I would not recommend this facility to others due to its toxic work environment and poor management practices.

I love working at reception because of the positive and supportive atmosphere. My colleagues are amazing, and we function as a cohesive team. Management values work-life balance and provides ample opportunities for training and development. I feel valued and respected, making it a joy to come to work every day. My manager has been incredibly supportive and has provided excellent guidance throughout my time here. One of the best aspects of working here is the recognition and appreciation I receive from my manager. They consistently acknowledge hard work and celebrate successes, which boosts morale and motivation. Knowing that my contributions are valued makes me eager to go above and beyond in my role.

Absolutely nothing. Awful management, overworked, underpaid. Steer clear of here. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They hire people who are not actually educated nor qualified to do the tests they are performing.

Chaotic, unfair, isolating, and stressful

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get berated for being three minutes late one day, struggle all day to keep up with the patient flow, and always finish late and get no OT pay

The experience getting to learn about cardiology

Toxic...not a nice environment...

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, repetitve work, if you are doing patient flow, be prepared to have either a busy day or slow day

Since a new manager took over this department she has turned the department around! The environment is positive, the team is recognized, the people are happy and friendly, and I love coming to work.   The company does so much to appreciate the team by having bowling nights, go-karting, mini golf, ice cream trucks, BBQ and an amazing Christmas party where we win very expensive gifts.  This company really cares!

Overworked but underpaid. During my time here,  my dream job has turned into a nightmare and depressing. The supervisor in the reception department is a narcissistic micromanager, gaslighting and favouritism. This department is highly toxic and not a nice environment, steer clear of here. 

Staff was nice to work with and it provided a good work experience. The patients were usually kind and the pay was good. I would recommend this place.
