I'm grateful to Physiomed for hiring me when I had little experience with specific modalities, which was a barrier to employment at other physio clinics (it took about 2 minutes to learn how to use TENS/IFC/Ultrasound-all parameters were set by the PT anyway).

There are some great therapists, chiropractors, and kinesiologists working for Physiomed.  Unfortunately, I felt that the clinic where I worked was poorly managed.  The clinic manager did not treat the employees well and showed little concern for client welfare or well-being outside of their ability to pay for service.  Many patients continued treatment on the condition they did not have to deal directly with the manager.

Regardless of your position, you won't be making above $20/hour (and this is the manager's salary)! Everyone else makes below $19/hour. You will be expected to do things outside of your initial agreement, and the job stress depends on the location. The employer will expect you to manage everything, even if last minute, regardless of position.  You might also be expected to jump from location to location, work overtime, not have a contract, or have your hours cut without notice.

As lead physio, one had total autonomy over one's practice. The kin team was skilled but very much looked to the physio for leadership, guidance and training. Indeed, the Kins were so skilled that they could be given a high level of autonomy in carrying the treatment plans, within their scope.

i built a system for physiomed from scratch, evolved and supported it over 20+ years.  i wore all the IT hats and served an energetic customer base.  i learned everything i know about this industry by building my software company with physiomed as my chief customer.  the hardest part of the job is pulling away to get other things done in life.

Management was open and understanding. Everyone worked as a team and it was an environment conducive to learning. Working with the physiotherapist I assisted in many facets of the field. I enjoyed working with clients; teaching, instructing, and educating them on improving physical limitations, knowledge of the body and nutrition.

It was a great experience to work for Physiomed. 
I worked for two locations over 6 years and learned a lot. The Management was questionable at times, but the overall experience was good. 

Loved working at the Leaside location. Had fun with the coworkers. The commute was an issue for me otherwise I'd stick around. Fun environment and amazing coworkers.
