The typical day starts with opening the store and look at all the security checking . After taking a walk at the floor , assigning work to all the team mates that includes if any last day work pending in terms of recovery, finishing that , then the priority replenishments in every department that needs to be done. If any VM changes are required depending on the availability of stocks , then focusing and getting it done. After the floor walk and all asssigments are ready , the tills are opened for the day. The daily briefing is prepared and points are highlighted that have been of importance for the previous day or for the coming week. Offers and promotions are discussed with every team member not only in the morning but through out the day as and when the shifts begin. Roles and departments are discussed with the team members. Once the customer walkin begins , customer service is given the top most importance. The day goes by with helping customers , fulfilling their needs and solving their queries.
The day ends with ensuring all the merchandise is kept back in place, trial rooms are checked and cleaned , notes if needed for the next day made and tills counted and tallied for the day.

The long and short of it is that the particular location I worked at was managed by an insane person. At many turns I did attempt to better my own situation and the situation of those around me, but to know avail. I attempted to call out one of our team supervisors when they were telling blatant falsehoods. I was backed up by a handful of my employees and I did go to HR. It was not a good experience so myself at about three other employees ended up leaving. Normally I wouldn't judge the company as a whole based on the experience that I had with the manager, but given the way that the human resources department at PVH dealt with the situation despite mine and the other parties focal operation with the investigation, they didn't deem anything wrong to have happened, which I find often is the case. Despite anything the person being called out has done. So yeah would not recommend

Working at PVH provides you with retail experience that will prepare you for any other retail job elsewhere. Hours were decent, however it could get a bit slow at times making it difficult to fill in empty hours simply folding clothes. Besides that the management at my store was mediocre at best due to the lack of congruency from all managers, they seemed to never agree on the same thing making it confusing for employees. However, don’t let this personal experience disuade you as management is experienced differently at other stores, some better than others. Overall, my experience was sufficient to give me work experience in this field. 

A lot of work per day. Always cutting hours when PVH doesn't reach the daily goal. Short of staff, load at a supervisor. The supervisor has to do all the jobs such as cover the floor and do the cash. Besides that responsible to do the management work such as doing schedules for employees, calculating hours doing payroll. Also, do all office jobs reading and sending an email. Send and receive shipment. Assigns jobs for each employee give the instruction and follow up. The pressure is too much and the pay is very low compared to the workload. And very little chance to grow up in the company needs so many connections and show off.

Enjoyable part helping the customers with their needs and spending time with them pick out products they are looking for and offering help with their selections.

Management is only sweet when they need you the most. They are sweet when they talk to you but behind your back they are someone else, they don’t care about their employees. They just need someone as a robot to work for them to listen to every single detail 

During the time as an associate in a warehouse, the shifts were sometimes long, but not many days per week. The facility where employers work is very hot. Long hours standing. Overall is was a good experience, I met good people, friendly environment and great communication among the employees

Very long working hours, no advancement opportunities. No learning opportunities if you have more than 5 years of planning experience. 

Great benefits package. Good place for new graduates with no job experience willing to work long hours and on weekends.

they treat you  really bad, low management, the management watch you all the time, they have nothing to do, you have to stand there work long hours,even though you do not need it,stand or seat for work

Amazing work place. Great people. Learning new things every day. The hardest part of the job would be the customers at time they can get out of hand but with a good piece of mind you can accomplish anything.
