I started at Park View just under a year ago and it's been the best place I've worked! The company really cares about you and the culture around it. There is really good work life balance as well. For office staff, you can work from home if you need to. Management is great as well and there is no micromanaging either. Everyone is willing to help you and we're all very collaborative. The team dynamic is strong and I'm never shy to ask for help. We also get to do team outings and team building events so it's a lot of fun. 

I start my day with hours that work best for me.
Management gives room to make my own decisions as long as work is done on time and efficiently.
Workplace is laid back, and employees allowed room to express themselves.
Can be super busy and stressful at times, but great if you enjoy a challenge.
Satisfaction of completing jobs under budget and on time using the skills I have without much challenge from management.

Parkview is a remarkable company with a consistent theme of teamwork and inclusion. While a very vigorous work environment, there is a relaxed atmosphere of " get er done" with a team of very focused individuals , who are keen to pull together to accomplish their goals. Integrity and accountability are pillars of their business mindset, which makes a very enjoyable place to check in every day. You really feel a part of a dedicated team. 

I love working here because my job challenges me enough and it is motivating and stimulating. I have never been bored and the days go by fast. I really enjoy the location, it is a small country feel. The culture is great and overall the employees are well taken care of and valued. The HR department and management is very accommodating and has a genuine care for the employees.

Park View Homes is a great place to work, they are helpful AND respectful! They provide training for advancements and growth, your opinion/experience matters to them! My role was clearly explained and shown to me, if I have any questions I feel comfortable asking. My management team is also great, and they are there for me when I need them! Overall great place to work. 

You could not ask for a better group of people to work for/with.  From the owners to the managers to my colleagues there is respect, inclusion, and the feeling like you are part of a great team.  Park View Homes appreciates hard work and encourages growth and individual development within the company.  I am proud to work here and I enjoy coming to work every day.
