Head office is a good place to work and that message is echoed in warehouse and stores when I go out on visits .
Open and transparent place to work where you are encouraged to take decisions and use your initiative with mistakes allowed and learned from .
Communication from senior management is good and the company family values shone through during the current pandemic with regular updates and advice to staff providing information and reassurance.

Pavers Foundation provides inspiration to work towards the common goal of profitability leading to helping good causes via one person one vote for charity of the year . In addition charity grant applications can be made by any member of staff.

Best part of the job is getting out to visit stores with MD and receiving feedback and ideas from staff .




Assistant manager.
after the manager left, There was a huge amount of input from managers from other stores. Not a single one of them was saying the same as the other, no matter what I did it wasn’t enough.
Constantly demanding and setting unrealistic targets.
No consistency in management.
Honestly the worst company I have ever worked for.

Learned and enhanced my skills. Quite enjoyable journey. Minimum job security and low salary. More of on the job learning. Very small management set up.
