Staff engagement, inclusion. Best Christmas party around!!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Summer guest numbers on top of weddings. Not many can handle such relentless services. I really enjoyed being that busy. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great for the most part, lots of farm trips and group outings for managers. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Routine. Prep, cook, restock, repeat

Colleagues are very nice, schedule is set properly and does not change without warning 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It can be very busy, occasionally computer systems will go down.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good. Everyone is friendly and reasonable.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Checking guests out, checking guests in, making checks of various things, assisting guests with their requests.

Good wages, semi flexible, but will tell you change appoinments  if they're busy even though  appointments  usually take 6+months to get anything  and 6+if it changes.  It's teamwork, which a lot of people  don't get. But the harder you work the more work you get.  So some people go really slow and the super hard workers are always stuck carrying others.  Unfortunately that's everywhere though now adays 

often understaffed and extremely stressful 
promised raise and promotion made to do promoted workload with no promotion 
management uneducated in their department
fires people without warning or reason
general poor management on all levels 
underpaying long-term staff with high levels of education and experience
inadequate training for new staff

I learned how to make basic reservations it is a laid back but professional place to work as for the hardest part is dealing with some of the sports teams. I really enjoy the people that I meat and work with. every one is Happy and enjoy their jobs. Its a place where the manager knows everyone's name and makes it feel like an enjoyable place to be.

Hardest part of job was leaving due to relocating to another town. 
Most enjoyable was the job opportunity and working with great people, being part of a team and accomplishment.

I enjoyed the job but it was Stressful because there was dishes coming from everywhere. I had no help what so ever and the hours were very long and very intense to be in. The typical day for me at this job was come in to a pile of dishes from the night before that need to get done and Quickly for the Breakfast and lunch rush

My experience in working here was fantastic I was able to learn a lot of new things in the culinary field.  They helped me to grow a lot career wise as well as personally.

This is really a great place to work with. Everyone respect and take care of each other from the top management down. Feels like family here. Management is not only working for the best interest of the company but also it's guests and employees.
