My experience with the company was introduced by a warm welcome and a sense of diversity and great team work and fun place to be, in my mind i was in a great place after a stressful job i had prior to get in this company.
After my probation period i was thanked by my colleague and felt the sense on belonging. Things turn the other side very quickly, when i i started to realized that the turn over was 90% with in 4 months, Just to give an example i was the junior employee but with in 4 months i became the senior with most experience. To me as a worker i directly showed me that this Job is unstable and i need to get out here. By adding the inexperienced hires every month that quit after 2 months APM (Assistant Project Manager) inexperienced show a lot of favoritism. PM shows little interest in the work always in meeting that brings nothing about the work load.
-0 team work, just stating it in the meeting but nothing in works
- Ask for overtime and not really paying your overtime
- Promoting people with no interest in the job only cause they are friends with managers
- Drama lever is 1000%
- No respect on employees
- Sexism is a thing no male has to be working which influence drama

Hardest part of the job is managing the many appointments each day as our customers regularly have emergencies that they need to attend to which can often make getting to the next appointment a challenge.  The good part though is customers are understanding and flexible.

The most rewarding part of the job is when you are able to demonstrate where your product can help patients the most.  Then having the doctor report back on how your product was able to help a patient.  That is what Pfizer is all about!

The overall culture between the employees was incredibly welcoming and friendly while never sacrificing productivity. For example, once a week, before the work day would start, the department I was in organized a small breakfast for everyone to get together and talk about their work and their personal lives, giving everyone a chance to connect and get to know others in various positions in the department and better understand one another's jobs. 

Many of the summer interns would work together, as our jobs involved a lot of overlap, which led to having easy access to quick help whenever needed, making us more productive overall.

At the end of the internship, each student was tasked with presenting their findings and results to their department heads in order to show their accomplishments. While this was challenging, it did provide me with the opportunity to learn better presenting and public speaking skills.

Plan work day, typically about 3 full details (seeing doctors and entering call in the computer) in the morning.....pick up lunch for a lunch and learn.....discuss pertinent information with doctors.....enter calls.. do 2 full detail calls with docs and two pharmacy calls.....enter calls in the computer record odometer reading and expense report for the day.....plan for the rest of the week

Most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with customers

There was always new challenges and the people were all so familiar and friendly. You started your day in a good atmosphere, you knew what you had to do. You worked with a group of people who were your team for many years. The hardest part of your job, sometimes was staying on top of your work. Most enjoyable for me was the customer service for my internal and external clients. It was a place where you looked forward to go to work.

Pfizer was a really enjoyable place to work. Colleagues and superiors were very kind and made coming to work each day a pleasure. The culture is great, the canteen is subsidized but there is no gym.

Its a great place to get your start in Pharmaceuticals however most young people only stay in Pfizer for 2 years and then leave. 
This is because there are very few permanent positions and everyone is on a contract. After a few years most leave as they desire a more secure job with benefits like pensions.
Also moving from one lab to another to gain more experience is a very slow process so its easier to just leave the company. 

Also salaries are good but not at industry standard so you would be paid better elsewhere.

Give employees some autonomy on the work place especially in the field.  I learned a lot of good values working for Pfizer.  The management treats its employees with lots of respect.  Pfizer also offers its employees a lot of opportunities for personal development.  Most of my co-workers are highly professional.  There is good teamwork in the work place.  It's a very dyamic company to work for.  There are always changes happening that sometimes you miss the stability in your role and in your work place.  You get to know a lot of people and learn new things from them.  

Pfizer is a great company to work for.  All employees at all levels are professional, committed and work as a team to achieve the company's goals.

Their "Own It" culture is a success as we all felt responsible and accountable for our own territories, making it very easy to meet the demands or expectations placed on us.

The management team was always supportive and listened to our feedback from the field so that all of our jobs were easier and we could all succeed.

They provided us with all the tools needed to perform our jobs, whether it would be samples, equipment, training, etc.

This is by far the best company I ever worked for.  Management have a great respect for all their employees and treat them well.  This makes myself and all other employee I knew give their maximum to profit the company as they were re giving to all their employees.  the salaries were very generous and everyone participated with profit sharing.  this was by far the best and biggest team working way I ever saw.  every single employee were giving their best and helping each others to achieve the company goals.  I didnt see any competition but only cooperations.
