What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day as an admin at the company usually starts with checking emails and reviewing my calendar for any meetings or deadlines. I prioritize my tasks based on urgency and importance, which often includes organizing documents, responding to inquiries, and supporting the team with any administrative needs.

Throughout the day, I might coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage office supplies. I also handle communication between departments, ensuring that everyone has the information they need. In addition, I often assist with onboarding new employees, which involves preparing materials and setting up their accounts.

As the day winds down, I take a moment to update my to-do list and plan for the next day. It's a dynamic role that requires good organizational skills and the ability to multitask, but I enjoy being the support system that keeps everything running smoothly!

Phantom underpays its workers. Upper management touts culture development and giving back to the community but the production workers are treated more like a resource to be expended, resulting in high turnover.

Upper management has monetary compensation tied to their KPIs which they will often single-mindedly focus on to the detriment of other metrics and to Phantom as a whole.

That being said, there are many people at Phantom who are great to work with, they make quality product where you can take pride in your work. They focus on a safe work environment and will get you training/certification if it makes sense for your job.

Productivity and quality are closely monitored. Training is formal and well documented. Safety is top priority. Attendance is closely monitored and extremely important to the flow of production. Opportunities for advancement are available but must be earned.

Phantom wants to hire top talent but their pay scale is quite low.  This leads to high turnover and extra stress on those who stay the course.

Training is subpar.  The higher ups are out of touch with the production floor even though they are in the same building.

Advancement brings minimal incentives but much extra stress and responsibility.

Hours of work are good and the company tries to do small things - free things - but the pay is low and people don't stay here.

Racist and toxic work culture. Low pay and poor benefit structure for hard work with little to no recognition. Serious disconnect between Management and operational staff.
I would rate the employer zero stars from an employee perspective, but since one star is the lowest I will accredit that to the good undervalued employees that contribute to a good end product.
If you don't need survival work, stay away!!!! 

High expectations, abysmal pay scale, regular layoffs, no job security, no benefits for a year (if you last that long). Poor training, basically you're given 1 day of training and then it's sink or swim. Within a week you'll be shown a chart to show how far behind quota you are. As mentioned in a previous comment, would not recommend employment with this company to anyone with financial responsibilities.

I worked here in the summer as a student and it was a great first job with excellent pay. I answered multi line phones, dealt with walk-in customers, answered emails and booked appointments, handled invoices etc. I learned how to use different programs and independence in the office. I loved the management here they are very responsive and willing to help. 

Low wages, Phantom screens pays far less than comparable companies. 

Combining this with high expectations, extremely poor benefits, total disconnect between management and production, a limited path for advancement, and a business model build around annual layoffs makes this company unsuitable to work for by anyone with real world expenses.

I was hired as a Business Development Representative . However I spent my entire day handling warranty claims , sales claims , and shipping claims . That seems very unfair . It’s a very cliquey company . Upper Management refer to themselves as the SLT . Beware .

Great company where values are taken seriously.  It's a market leader and financially very stable. Environment is apolitical and everyone is enterprise minded. As a smallish company advancement can be a bit tight but we do our best to promote from within.
