Perfect and good relationship with all employees as well good working environment!

I never feel that much stressful to work there it’s flexible !

Good communication and co ordination

Friday and Monday especially !

Work culture here is very friendly and everyone helps each other well. The only thing I don't like is they expect you to do more work in less hours and you're definitely underpaid. You'll only realise this after talking with other staff. Management is very helpful. Staff meal is also provided everyday.

Very nice colleagues, but the turnover for managers is crazy. I was there for a year and approximately six new managers came and went. They had to go back and look for the other managers to come in to see if there were some new managers in there that they could help out 

Under paid, over worked and unappreciated, been there two years and never got a raise but always wanted more from me and others, no respect factor and only a couple of managers were helpful at my time there.

There are pro's and con's. It's an ok place to work but as company expanded things changed quality wise. Tips aren't bad but aren't the greatest. Bills/average cheques aren't very high. Could make a lot more elsewhere in the city. Good spot if you're vegan though.

As a server you take home 10% or less of your sales in tips. This would never happen in a restaurant that isn't tip pooled. You work, serve a ton of tables, and bring a lot of money in only to get a very small fraction of what you worked for.

Lack of management. Underpaid. Zero work life balance. Basic staff meal. NO BENEFITS at all. To be a vegan/plant based visioned place the ethic is none.

The work life balance was great along with the benefits and culture. Planta does a really good job at creating opportunities for  those looking to grow in the hospitality industry.

Enjoy working as a cleaner in a restaurant. Friendly team, but can be physically demanding. Good entry-level job and good salary too. I really like this field.

Really nice atmosphere and staff meal is really good. People are friendly, but not everyone, some people can be really mean. Overall, great start for a beginner.
