Vous ete engager pour la period “rush” même si il vous engage permanent. Il te mes à la porte une journée sans préavis. Les gérant, ne gère pas du tout. Aucune place pour changer de département. Pas de rabais, jamais rien pour garder les employée content. Il son quand même flexible donc ça ces un plus, mais les temps très occupée il demande 8-6pm est rentré les samedi. 

You are hired for the rush despite them hiring you “permanently” they will put many people at the door one day right after rush, no notice. Management is terrible. First off, they don’t manage at all. They kinda let employees do what they want because they know they’ll fire you soon anyway. No coaching or bother to teach you procedures. No rebates or incentives. The plus is they are pretty flexible with days off, but in the very busy time they expect you to work 8-6 and Saturdays. 

I don’t recommend this place. I find them outdated and unprofessional. They don’t use any communication apps so you literally have to email every single time even for urgent matters. They don’t even recycle despite using a very large amount of paper and causing a big waste. Generally just a company with bad values. It’s crazy how they can get away with hiring people permanently and laying them off every year. 

Cheap company, worst place to work.

we should dig a long hour during rush to have some extra hours, no bonus at work, salary is really near to the minimum wage !

Stay away from this company 
They put you out after the rush period

They give positions and good salaries for unqualified employees 

Job was okay, managers were nice the team is fun. Unfortunately there isn't much hours to be given outside of the winter tire rush. Pay is okay but benefits aren't.

Good place to make some money.. especially during the high seasons lots of overtime and bonuses included. The supervisor are really chill and cool, like a family

Good but not good. I like it but I don't. Mediocre. Fun first job. Got to meet a lot of people. Managers come and go.  Need a job, apply here. Very easy.
