I work remotely, very inspirational work, great people to work with, paid days off and vacation. Versitile work, acknowledgement and appreciation of work.

Fun and Rewarding.  Co-workers were very friendly and supportive. The only downside was probably all the traveling which was very exhausting. The camps were fun but the traveling was a. bit much. Overall a good place to work if you want to serve the lord 


Power to Change is an amazing place to work. Many of my colleagues have become lifelong friends. The only downside is the funding model.

I was told I m contract would be extended but three days later they changed their mind. 

Poorly managed..

They over complicate things the way they have all those softwares used. 

I have worked for Power to Change since 2006. The IT department supported both the network infrastructure, corporate applications and systems, and the online presence of the organization.

I felt well supported in terms of mental, spiritual and physical health. The job was the most meaningful work I have ever been a part of. A great team atmosphere. 

•	Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
•	utilizing social medias such as Instagram and Wechat to promote business
•	Capable to provide exception nice solutions

Helping students step up in their role to serve the campus. 
Lots of admin roles and behind the scenes roles. 
Lots of support from higher ups.         

Its ok, they don't pay well and don't treat their employees well.  Expect a lot from you including personal time but don't compensate.
