It is a very fast-paced office that requires constant multitasking. You do learn a lot, but mainly because of the lack of staffing, training, and support.
Employees are often undervalued and underappreciated, and the company has one of the highest turnover rates I’ve ever seen. Management is biased, disconnected from their people, and shows little concern for overworked staff, employee health, or mental well-being.
That being said, you do meet wonderful colleagues along the way. Unfortunately, you never feel secure in your role  there’s always the sense that your job could be taken away at any moment. Management makes promises of growth and promotions, but no matter how much effort you put in, favoritism tends to outweigh merit.
Ultimately, stronger operations and better management are needed to truly make this a healthy and sustainable workplace.

Working at Preszler Injury Lawyers for the past 11 months has been an incredibly rewarding experience. When I joined, I didn’t have much prior experience, but the team welcomed me with open arms and provided the guidance I needed to grow. Their support and encouragement have made all the difference and I have learned so much and continue to see massive professional growth.

 The mentorship here is outstanding. It has helped me refine my legal skills and deepen my understanding of Ontario’s SABS framework, which has been invaluable. I genuinely enjoy what I do and feel fulfilled knowing I am making a difference for our clients. I could not be happier to be part of such a compassionate and driven team.

A typical work day would start at 8.30am and end at 5.00pm.

I learned to use more computer software programs.

The management was good.

The co workers were very friendly and nice.

The hardest part was time management.

The most enjoyable part was getting paid by-weekly.

Disorganized, chaotic place to work.
Everyone is stressed/overwhelmed and emotional breakdowns are frequent.
Training of new employees is poor and support is nonexistent.
Office is a clique.
Colleagues are rude and belittling.
Low budget for employee appreciation.
Terrible benefits.
Low rate of pay.
Do not recommend this employer.

Not only do they care about their clients, but they also care about their employees.  Such a refreshing thing after being with some truly horrible firms from Bedford to Halifax. This one definitely is the best in its class. Happy to be working here!

Cliquey. No support staff budget for events or team building. Ego. The good people keep to themselves. Some genuine superstar support staff but little collaboration & retention problem of their own making. Lack of diversity in firm culture. 

The people here are lovely - really nice, friendly and hard working.  The workload is INSANITY and it is expected that you be available pretty much 24 hours a day by email and text.  HR is not particularly employee supportive.

Extremely disorganized and lacking leadership and management. If you are looking for a work environment with structure and respect for all employees this is not the place for you.

Working here forced me to brush up my work ethic and to learn to take tasks seriously. I was a bit too lax at first, but thankfully they told me what I needed to do and let me prove myself.
