The current state of training and procedures leaves room for improvement. The learning process largely involves on-the-job experience, demanding a rapid acquisition of skills. The turnover rate exceeds the norm, which contributes to a notably high-stress work environment. Management effectiveness varies, with certain managers exhibiting strong leadership while others display room for improvement.

A significant challenge lies in executing tasks that lack comprehensive organization, in terms of both information dissemination and required resources.

Conversely, the role offers gratifying elements, such as meaningful interactions with select colleagues and the opportunity to undertake diverse tasks across varying locations. The nature of work within the installation team prevents monotony and contributes to an enriching experience.

Management team (1 owner, 4 Supervisors) is a joke. They don't like each other. They go around the shop speaking maliciously about not only eachother but also other employees to their own coworkers. Extremely unprofessional.

Management team allows bullying, harassment and defamation, not only between employees but also from management to employees. Many reported cases go without investigation or acknowledgment.

Owner is EXTREMELY reluctant to give raises. No bonuses. Embareasing benefits. Unfulfilled promises regarding salary and benefits, such as an RRSP program that was NEVER realized. But at the same time you are expected to put work before your life because management thinks they are doing YOU a favor by hiring you.

Management is very rarely held accountable for their mistakes, meaning the employees take the heat and fallout from mistakes made by management team.

Very shady practices when it comes to health and safety. Hiding rooms, tools, chemicals, etc during audits and inspections. Very little care for the health and safety of employees, up until the point that there was a benefit introduced to the management team to PRETEND to care about employee wellbeing.

Would not recommend this toxic enviroment to any one.

Strange place to work that's for sure and the worst staff I've ever come across in my 20 years of working. Was warned by now ex-employees from the day I started there about the way the shop was ran and "managed". Managers with no managerial traits whom inherited their positions due to being lifers and were next in line, conveniently. One of the managers is openly racist, misogynistic and an overall terrible person but remains employed. He was one of the employees I was repeatedly told by multiple staff members not to trust and to be cautious of from day one working there. The man child as his fellow supervisors call him. Speaks volumes. Trashy and incompetent sales and production staff. To be fair that's the responsibility of the owners and managers but it affects the productivity and morale immensely. But then nothing is done to better the environment and production, things are put aside and forgotten for someone else to deal with some other time. Leave this place as a last resort when looking for employment and if it comes to that, look at it as a short term stepping stone and move on when you can. This is not a sustainable long term employment solution, I promise you that.

Because that's the closest thing to 'culture' this company has. Bouncing from person to person spreading lies and misinformation but nothing is ever done about it because the most guilty are the supervisors. The same supervisors that will smile in your face and then turn around to spread rumours about you. Not to worry though, none of them have the capacity, or the bravery, to say anything to that person's face. Pretty pathetic group all around. At least they watch each others backs when they aren't dragging eachother through the mud, like the shop supervisor who continually sides with his racist, misogynistic production manager. Many complaints made but nothing done because they are BFF's and who knows, maybe he's a racist also? Wouldn't be shocked, honestly. Either way, pretty trashy place with pretty trashy people.

They're a very basic Full Time outfit to work for. Benefits, time off, and pay are very ordinary and right around what is legal for an employer. 

The supervisor is great to work for, he tries to work with you as much as possible and he has a good heart. The Boss has a good heart but a strange way of doing things and often causes clashes in all departments.

Overall the attitude is either very - lets just get through this project, or very negative. The culture is severely lacking there. Problems are often never truly resolved, just ignored for another day.

The experience can change dramatically depending on the department you happen to be working in. Its a fast paced environment,with some slow periods. The production manager at the time was very good and knew his stuff very well. Overall the sales team was decent and fairly up to date with the industry with only a few rifts between production and sales, but these were seldom. Ethics were strong as was quality control, in fact quality control is very important for them.

1. Do you like collection calls? Be prepared to get harassed daily but outside vendors and contractors looking for payments after months of ignored phone calls and emails.
2. They can't afford to by ink, or materials to keep their jobs flowing, they blame supply chain.
3. Management is constantly fighting with each other and the whole company culture is horrible. Not a single employee isn't looking for another job.
4. Clients are simply fed up and going else where.

Everyone that works here is on a different page. Ask 3 different people the same question and you will receive 3 different answers. Employee turn around at this shop is impressive, people come and go so quickly you never know if the person you don't recognize is a new employee, a client or just a visitor. I think this speaks volumes about the culture and enviroment at this place.

A day in the life of Process Color Print is the same at any other warehouse. There isn't much for progress or work culture. As someone who values this along side the time required for me to be with my family it just does not present any redeeming qualities that you'd ever write home to.

High school vibes. Your experience is not valued more like a popularity contest. 
Alot expect without proper guidance and support. Kinda left to "figure it out"
But when you ask questions you feel like a bother.
