Time flies, and soon I'll be in my eighth month with this wonderful business. I firmly believe that everyone is treated equally, especially in terms of pay and benefits, regardless of nationality and visa status (ei. temporary residence).

I have only been with PropertyGuys.com for a few months, but I already feel like I am a part of the big family. Everyone that you work with is extremely helpful and encouraging. Everybody strives to help each other succeed. There is a fairly extensive training process, but I think that it will be worth it in the end. However, this property marketing associate position pays only by commission. So it takes a little while to build up a network before you can really start making money.

I worked there for a couple of years as the only product advisor there. I worked my butt off and increased sales by 40% in my first year. The management had no idea what they were doing. Basically I was a one man show fighting for my compensation and benefits etc etc. This is a franchise operated business so i'm sure this opinion vary's from location to location. Good business model but poor operations. 

PropertyGuys.com is the best place I've worked so far. Even though I work at a department that is always in constant movement and update (marketing), I have reached a nice life-work balance. My other teammates are always very open to hearing new ideas, feedback, and special support if required. This is a great place to start and keep growing inside, new opportunities are available! 

There is a lot of room for growth if you're willing to put in the work and the time. The culture is strong among your own peers, and the management team. They reward hard work, and dedication to the job. With most places you don't even know who the CEO is, but at the office, he's here in the office with us, and knows us by name. You truly feel like you're part of the team.

PropertyGuys is a very accomplished private real estate business and in my opinion is the greatest Entreprenurial accomplishment to stem from Atlantic Canada, and as such the team was very motivated in terms of work ethic, in my opinion anyone that worked there in any position would claim that they have the best job in Atlantic Canada.

Good job for someone that already has money and other networks.

Ability to work specific hours as required. Work at home or work on the go. driving, walking  a good healthy job

Working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment is exactly what I was looking for in a career. There is a LOT of opportunity for growth and the energy is AMAZING! Propertyguys.com is the best company I have had the fortune of working for. 

Experience gained while working for Property Guys as an administrator will be retained and used in all future positions. The culture is definitely client based with an extreme bias towards customer service.

PG has been a great place to work, like any job there are ups and downs, but overall, this is one of the best places I've ever worked! We are treated extremely well by our team and management. We have fun but work hard.
