What is the best part of working at the company?
Free snacks on occasion was nice. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being beholden to outdated pricing software that meant construction  jobs were priced under or at market value made it hard to source trades, materials, or be generally profitable or effective in a timely fashion. Passive aggressive and snobby management made for a poor work environment as well. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Elitest, which is very odd considering how small the company is. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is spent letting customers down when you’re constantly reshuffling job labor or trying to source labor to perform the work for clients. This is very much a company that is punching above their weight class which is commendable, but they are failing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very frustrating and challenging people to work for and deal with. Would not recommend.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything and everyone there are frustrating and whoreable to deal with. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unless you enjoy doing all the work while others stand around I would not recommend 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Frustrated and unpleasant. Go to work and stand around while everyone talks about useless stuff. Go to claim with next to no information and have 3 people telling you 3 different things. Then start working while everyone else looks busy but does nothing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Had many great coworkers but most of us have moved on.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Poorly Managed, Disorganized, over promise and under deliver. To the management of this establishment, your dispensable. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment, great culture, wonderful coworkers. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaotic, demanding, disorganized.

The owners/management seem unnecessarily elitist and aloof given the nature and size of the work and didn't seem to have a clear idea of what they wanted from the position which made it difficult to prioritize or even gauge effectiveness. 

The culture felt like I was transported back to high school filled with gossip and backstabbing.

Save yourself the time and effort and go to a competitor if you're interested in the industry.

Misleading description and interview, the office doesn't know what the job involves. Not a great environment, unprofessional employees, working with hazardous materials, no training. Not great pay with no advancement available. I would avoid working here

The team here is truly exceptional! Everyone genuinely looks out for each other's well-being. PuroClean and the owners consistently prioritize the welfare of their staff, offering multiple chances to those who may have faltered in the past.

Watching this team grow has been an exciting journey, and I am happy to be a part of it!

PuroClean is committed to a team atmosphere. Individuals who do not have this mindset tend to stand out quickly.


Workplace culture sucks. Constant chatter about other employees and hatred towards them if on wsib or sick. I would come in and management would never come to me asking me about how workflow is going. Discuss current jobs. Only email communications on what you are doing wrong.

PuroClean is truly a family-oriented business. From supportive colleagues to understanding management, there's a strong sense of community here that makes it feel like a second home. The company places a high value on work-life balance and provides a strong support system for the day-to-day complexities of this industry. 

Great people, relationships and culture. Supporting learning environment. Opportunities to progress and grow if you are flexible and open to new challenges. I love working here!! 

Dont do it if you want to provide for your family and be present with them. They will belittle you and treat you poorly. Puroclean does not provide adequate training and assistance with their projects. Unsafe work environments and do not pay their subtrades on time. Always a fight. Dont do it.
