I have been working with the company for about half a year now and Im so happy that I chose to work with RQ. When I started, I knew I was good in sales because I had a background in sales for over 10 years. But I didn't realize how much room I had to become better at it. I love that its truly a team based environment and yes at the end of the day we are in the sales industry but its also fun!

REALQualified is an amazing place to work if you have the drive and hunger to better yourself and make money. I came into this job through a referral with absolutely no sales experience. I was given an opportunity to grow myself with the company. The training and time I have received from everyone including the CEO himself was outstanding. No other employer that I have been too has taken time out of their day and sometimes weekends to teach what they preach. I highly rate working at REALQualified because of the company culture there - it is not your average sales job where you are just a number who needs to hit a quota. All of the management even the CEO are not only there, but happy to help with work, life, or personal advice. The CEO and VP will lie about the salary to your face and hope you don’t read the contract. The position itself is straightforward sales, however the environment is fairly toxic. Took me a while before I figured out the position wasn’t in fact a salaried position.
