Clinics with high turnover rate of employees are always a red flag. Rebalance cannot keep a solid admin team because they treat us poorly, low pay but lots of demands about hours and the demands with the job. With such a low salary, in Toronto they have to hire people with other jobs or who are in school and yet they are inflexible with their schedule.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Rebalance over the past year. Rebalance is such a welcoming and warm clinic which allows you to feel so comfortable and supported. There is pleanty of oportunity to develop skills and progress your career at Rebalance. 

The level of care from the therapists and management is second to none. Everyone truely cares about helping you to achieve your goals. 

I love working at Rebalance. The admin team is amazing.  Everyone is really friendly and really care about delivering the best patient-experience.  The practitioners seem extremely smart and advanced.  I've had a great experience working with the management team, I feel like there is opportunity to grow. 

I love Rebalance.  The team is like a 2nd family.  Everyone is very collaborative and work well together.  The clinic is a busy clinic so its a fast-paced environment which I like.  The management team promotes individual growth and promotions from within the company.

Rebalance was a great and safe work space. What really stood out is the mission of the company, to provide high quality care to their patients. There was also opportunity to speak with your superiors by requesting meetings. Overall, a positive and inclusive team environment. 

I have worked at many other not-so-great clinics and truly appreciate working at Rebalance.  The team is collaborative, the culture is great and everyone on the management team is very kind and supportive.  Highly recommended!

I worked at Rebalance for 3 years.  Decided to move out of the city which is why I stopped working there, but miss the team and company a lot.  The team is like a big family, everyone gets along really well which makes the days fun and go by quickly.
