The Job is good if you're just looking for a quick way to earn money, but the workplace is bad for your mental/physical health in the long run.

The hardest part of the job is to ask questions since whenever they say "ask us if you have any questions", it is in a condescending tone which can make you scared of asking questions or might not feel welcomed.

Management seems to be aware of the toxicity of their work culture but not doing anything to make the workplace safe and welcoming for new people.

Some are good people were working there but as I've said, cliques and drama seem to be the bread and butter of the place that's why they can't keep their employees happy and the new employees don't even get the chance to adjust so they can just let go people easily.


Warning about this workplace:
I don’t recommend applying here. The environment is stressful, management is not supportive, and training for new employees is poorly done. The trainer I had did not explain things clearly, and communication was very difficult.

When I called in sick due to a snowstorm, I was unfairly terminated instead of being offered understanding. The office setup is also uncomfortable — the manager’s desk is right beside the employees, which makes it an awkward and tense environment.

For the pay (around $21/hr), you can find better jobs with more respect, proper training, and a healthier workplace culture.


I really wanted to like this place and hope to move up in the company.   Some time later after dealing with very workplace inappropriate co workers and supervisor (to say the least), I’ve realized they have no intention of training staff and coaching to reach full potential.   HR is a joke, the work is mundane, you don’t learn anything after your initial training, all the supervisors gossip in front or to the staff about other supervisors they hate, the pay is low and there is a very negative culture within the lab.  High turnover. If you’re ambitious and hard working, look elsewhere. 

Interesting work, and the training is extensive. The only good thing about this company are the low-level employees. Probably 75% of management are related to each other, so as far as advancement is concerned? Forget about it! If you don`t like chemicals or strong smells, this is also not the place for you. It can get quite noisy just like any other manufacturing environment.Depending on which dept, the hours are somewhat flexible. It`s an ok place to work just don`t place on making it a career.

However, like any workplace, there were areas where improvement could be made. The scheduling system at [Grocery Store Name] occasionally posed challenges, and there were times when the workload felt overwhelming. Improved communication and flexibility in scheduling could contribute to a more balanced and efficient work 

Very great place to work if you have a family and need/want a Monday to Friday job with wonderful hours. Very understanding when it comes to family issues/sick kid. They also give bonus days which is fantastic if you need a day off for doctors or something important.  The best part is the people...very friendly and always laughing. Never had the pleasure of working in an environment like this.

Riverside is a great place to be employed. They reward their employees for their hard work and dedication. I work in the administration department and can tell you that management is friendly, supportive and has always provided room to grow within the company. The job itself is fast paced and challenging but you are backed up by experienced peers who have been always there to assist.

Management is all related, they are nice but some don’t have the necessary skills to hold the position that they do. Environment is terrible for the workers, however employees are nice. Most of them don’t have a choice so they stay. If you need a job and want Monday to Friday then ya this job might do however it’s not a place you would stay forever.

I'm working with great humorous and wonderful people. Management is very good and they respect the employees. Co-workers are very friendly and teamwork. The hardest part of the job is to remember little details of every different jobs. The most enjoyable part of the job is unpack and pack the jobs.

A good place to work at. I work in the finance team. You get to learn many new things that are important for your experience and career advancement. Possibility of moving up the ladder if you are a hard worker and do your job right. Management is very friendly and will help when needed.
