What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part about working in a store is the dynamic and ever-changing environment. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to interact with a diverse range of people .There's also a sense of camaraderie among coworkers, often creating a fun and supportive atmosphere. About the managers , They create a positive and motivating work environment where employees feel valued and supported , I  believe great managers possess exceptional leadership skills, inspiring their team to achieve common goals. They are approachable, empathetic, and always willing to lend a helping hand most of supervisor and assistant manager and the manger.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress at all it's fun time always, and busy and happy to work and help my team work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Is like being part of a big, happy family. The environment is unbeat , supportive,and filled with laughter, your team work is always there to lend a hand or offer encouragement.from the moment you walk in , you'll feel a sense of belonging . whether you're working the register, stacking shelves, or helping customers find what they need you'll find satisfaction in knowing you're contributing to the store's success.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's a great place to meet alot of people and build up an amazing relationship with customers. My day was greeting Early morning customer, Cash register handling money, returns , stocking shelves keeping store clean organized and well - maintained resolving issues and happy to give a good hand for customer.

Great place to work. Can be slow due to the aging population not wanting to be out much anymore. Must have exceptional problem solving skills and communication - promotions from flyers frequently don’t ring in or customers grab wrong item with incorrect skus; must be able to help correct and fix these problems professionally in front of customers.  Zero benefits and progression within company but great for a first time job.

For the first 3 years the job was great. We had a great team in place. My 4th year and final year, a new manager was brought in and she ruined it for everyone. All the original staff, including staff that had been there for 5 yrs + started to quit cause the new manager made our work life miserable. I used to love that job, I'd still be working there if it wasn't for her. She didn't treat us like human beings, we were treated as slaves to do her bidding.

this place was the absolute worst environment to work in ever. the job itself was good, but the manager made the whole experience dreadful. the manager was very rude and negative towards me, and pretty much anyone else that worked, or shopped at the store. everyone that has worked here before has quit all for the same reason. do not apply here, 0/10 would not recommend.

Absolutely 💯 manager values his employees. Seeks their input and values staffs input. So happy Team is and was what made me egar to start with hope to get possible position. I know this team structure will keep me happy and loyal to his rossy team.

It was the people that i worked with that made it a very pleasant place to work. Loved the people there. We were like family.  Miss working there, but they have a new manager and its not the same anymore, however I no longer work there either.

I loved working at Rossy however over the course of my employment there I had many issues with the management. They now have a new manager and the store is improving. The employees are easy to get along with as well.

This is an opportunity for individual to understand the retail side of
a business. Learn product line, ,how to place and stock the shelves.
Understand the value of marketing at first hand. Unfortunately we did 
not have scanners at the time; therefore inventory was done manually.
  

Nothing was particularly horrific, nor was it amazing. It didn't suck. I didn't get many hours, but I found the whole experience relatively painless, and I would rather work there than at quite a few other places.

I've learned how to multitask mostly when I was at the cash register. I had to serve the customers and answer the phone at the same time. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to communicate and be polite with my colleagues.
