What is the best part of working at the company?
I can't think of any pros.  They allow their management to lead with disrespect and aggression and they don't take disabilities seriously.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The so-called management.  They are unfair and toxic.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They like to take advantage of people's skills, then make them train their replacement so they don't have to renew their contract.  They love assigning extra work that's out of scope, and then get upset when you say something and accuse you of not being a team player.  They flat out lie about the role in job as postings and call you a liar when you bring it up.  They also don't like to pay extra for additional work since they are sneaky and add "and other tasks assigned by your team lead" companies need to quit putting that in their job descriptions, it's just a disgusting loophole to get you to work harder than you're being paid for.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
50% getting work done, 50% being interrupted by your manager over something that was already handled because they need to feel useful.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
As a wholesale executive, product launches can be highly demanding, requiring meticulous planning to ensure we meet deadlines and maintain product availability.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts off peaceful and orderly but quickly spirals into unpredictability and chaos.

I am quite impress with the management culture and have been learning a lot in the past year. 
Compensation is quite descent and in ratio with the market. Be ready to learn a lot because its a complete new world. 

People are very polite, civilized and ready to join the continuous improvement movement.

Wanting to be able to deliver on there amazing plans.

Nothing short of spectacular and very inclusive.

Exciting, fast paced, rewarding

RBH is a great place to work. Everyone is very collaborative, very open to share ideas, friendly and aligned with the company's goals and vision. We are working towards Un-smoking Canada by 2035 and it is a great moment to join the company. 

I would recommend this company to anyone who is curious. Amazing environment with great people. Salaries for interns are a little low but then again there are many large companies that don't even pay their interns so I have no complaints.

Design and Develop Conformed Dimensions, ETL using SAP BODS to load them, and maintaining data integrity of the Data Warehouse.
Working with Business on requirements, testing plan and UAT.
Once the new environment went into Production, responsible for Support also.

PMFTC is a multi cultured company everyone has a chance to grow. they treated every employee fair and with respect. they constantly trained and give  opportunities to be promoted. Work in PMFTC is always a challenge. skills and expertise will develop if you accept this challenges

Great place to work, learn and grown. You need to be adaptable to changes because it is fast pace working environment. So many regulations from the government and competition activities make it quite tasking to work here.

great experience, good and supportive managers. good pay (negotiation with HR is necessary ) everyone is very nice however i find them being over social which used to annoy me as i wanted to focus more on the job and tasks to be done rather than socialize and chat (however it's still good but with limits)
