Upper management are a joke, complete toxic male energy. Who do not like women in authority that speak their mind. Lots of people were fired inappropriately throughout my time there. Lots of mental manipulation and bullying from the very top, including yelling, swearing, and fist banging. False promises left right and centre. No job security.

Who would want to work for a company that doesn't care about their employees well being. Save your mental health and skip right past this place. They'll "Royally" drag you through the grass.

You're going to be working with a snobby management team who like to brag about wealth as if they're the rich they're serving. 
You're going to be working with an inexperienced serving team that are the members children they have hired. Expect to be serving in lots of different sections all over the place and then criticized for not having a smooth flow of service.
I really would no recommend this place to work, worst place i have ever worked.

The Royal Mayfair team is excellent at working together to create a welcoming environment to all members and working together to ensure each member is taken care of to the best of their ability. There is opportunity to serve in a variety of spaces (lounge, patio, dining room) which all pose their own challenges but are interesting experiences in learning to serve in each of these enviroments. 

General manager has yelling fits of rage, high turn over, cant keep F&B managers....Banquets heavy lifting,  to a point where safety is  a serious issue, just completing whats expected. no support from management always reactive.

The food & beverage staff were all amazing, as were the members. The management & the “board” could careless of the staff “below” them. They took advantage of staff. They would make up new rules on the fly. And never in the staffs favour, especially the servers.

management was great and personable, and also the crew always formed a close bond as the summer played out. the pay could be a bit better considering all of the hard work that went into maintaining such a nice golf course.

An unfair working environment that treated women with disrespect :( Many employees were fired during my time there, and the GM would spread rumours about the terminations before they happened. It was a toxic environment.

Overall I think it was a great atmosphere, I didn't have any issues with my co-workers, the jobs made work go by quick as you were always busy doing something, the jobs weren't too strenuous either.

Good place to work. 
Very stressful.
You need to learn fast to catch up.
The management is not good, they change management all the time.
The executive manager is awesome very nice and always listen to the workers. 

Zero job security, they will feed you full of what you want to hear then leave you to the wolves. Toxic upper management which has needed to change for years. 

Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to apply.
