This place is a wonderful place if you don't care about your mental health. 
The owner will pile on more work onto the staff instead of hiring and replacing staff. You will be under appreciated, under paid, unvalued and left mentally and emotionally drained at the end of each day. 
The department managers are great but don't have a say in anything due to being micro managed by the owners. 
There are some amazing staff that work there which makes the job enjoyable but I speak for most when I say they are under appreciated.
The residents are wonderful and very appreciative  of everything done for them by the staff but not all their needs are heard or valued. 
The owners are very cheap and do not care about their staff. 
Not the place to work if you have a heart and don't enjoy seeing people be treated poorly.
I have many amazing memories from this place but only because of the staff and residents.


Every shift i set up the dinner placement for the residents, followed by serving dinner. Throughout this time, i strike up conversations with the majority of the residents to ensure they know they are in a welcoming environment. The management ensures that shifts are spread equally among all the workers, and always let us know when we are doing a good job. The hardest part of the job is being able to cope when a resident passes or moves to a different location, however the best part of the job is getting to know the residents on a personal level and forming friendships with them.

Alot of bullying by staff and management. Treated each other and the residents terribly. Employees had no sense of compassion for residents. Methods of punishment for being ill. The Employees that were bullied were the ones with compassion and an amazing work ethic. It caused people to have mental health issues during pandemic.

    Clients were supposed to be able to take care of themselves but it was like most of their clients should have been in a nursing home facility.
Many of these places offer the workers free meals but not here. Just soup and coffee or tea

i learned alot about how dementia affects people differently. co-workers are amazing, wonderful work environment. Hardest part about the job is loosing someone that you see and take care of everyday.

The team is very caring, the food is great and the activity schedule is ever changing and fun. Residents interact with staff on many levels and families are always welcomed.

I don’t recommend working here. Management wasn’t supportive they pile more work onto you. In total I was cleaning over 25 rooms a day plus was told I wasn’t completing my job correctly on a daily basis by management. They harass you 24/7

Don't be fooled by reviews here most are done by children all under 19 if you enjoy working with kids its the place for you, besides that it's like working as a teacher in a high school and being protected by Mommy

The best part was the relationships you create with the residents. There is so much to take from that. The job was fast-paced and had great moments, however, my personal experience with management was poor.

Upper management is poor. Very little appreciation shown for any work done.

Residents are wonderful. Many dedicated and wonderful staff working the floor. 

Do not recommend as a place of employment.
