A typical day at work included leading children from ages 5-13 around camp and teaching them how to safely complete outdoor activities such as: archery, fishing, starting a fire, pellet guns, art/ crafts, etc. This job developed my leadership skills and taught me how to be patient. Also I learned to take responsibility for my actions, how to make the most out of each situation with what had, all while making sure the kids were enjoying themselves. In addition, this experience taught me how to take orders, serve food and drinks in a professional manner and clean up after customers to make meals as smooth and delightful as possible. The hardest part of my job was ensuring that certain children would not try to start fights. The most enjoyable part was meet many new incredible people.

Diversity of the job. Never doing the same thing day to day.

Working with a wide variety of personalities. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Challenging. Catering to a large number of different people.

Unpredictable. The day changes by the minute.
