The job was very easy. Had to fill out a course online to be certified to work with the skis/snowboards, which took about 30 seconds. All training was done on site, while you were getting paid. The job was very easy, and quite stress free. Could get busy at times but over the years, it seems as though less and less people were coming out to the hill. Not really much of a chance to advance, I doubt many people there were ever paid much. No one took their jobs seriously, except for a few higher up guys, which means you could literally stand around and do nothing until one of the bosses came around. Overall, the job was the easiest thing to do for minimum wage, but don't expect anything professional, don't expect any structure, and don't expect anything more than a job with friends.

management is good, an average day can be busy or slow, depends on the amount of kids and if you get assigned. you get paid by the lesson, if you come into work and there is no lessons you get no money.

loved the people to work with, benefits and the environment, always a good day at work. i would recommenced this job to anyone, always friendly!

Great institution with a bunch of great and positive workers who work their hardest to make sure people's visitation is the best.

Some staff members are not overly nice and my manager would refuse to schedule people due to person issues they had with them. Just overall unprofessional...
