A dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you have the opportunity to have a real impact on the direction and performance of the business. The workplace culture is great, the team is welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with your work. 

The management team ensures feedback is heard so that meaningful improvements are made and they always celebrate success. From canoe trips, to BBQ's they never shy away from celebrating succuss and hard work. 

The most enjoyable aspect of the job for me is the variety of work we do each day. No two days are the same!


The company is family owned and they are there to make sure that their team is taken care of! The team atmosphere is highly respectful and they want to keep that culture that way. The installers get the chance to work on brand new and clean fleet vehicles which allows them to work in a clean environment always. The sales and marketing teams are slightly competitive but they work together to ensure that they are achieving the goals they have set. There are weekly meetings set to update the team on how things are going and monthly they have an employee of the month competition! This company is a great place to work if you are looking for a company which values their employees, teamwork and working hard!

Worked here for a few years now in production and it's a great culture in the shop!

What bothers me the most is the high turnover in the office but lackluster installers/assembly (not all!) are still here. 
I noticed management in Sales goes behind peoples back and has a 2-faced approach when with the General Manager. Also the Inside Team Lead previously did and does not reach out well to his colleagues. 
It's really unfortunate what is going on as a few good people have been let go as there is a "disagreement" between them and management. Imagine if the owner found out the truth about Sales.

Overall good experience, owners are very nice people. Both inside and outside working environment. Growing company with great team work and vision for future development. Professional, experienced staff and work management.

The reliable steady work is dependable.

I didn’t find anything to be stressful there.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Family owned and ran, small company feel. Nice people.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Installing dividers, shelving, roof racks, emergency strobes, power inverter’s, slick locks and roof vents.

If they call you for an interview go and if they offer you a job take it. They are a family run business and they treat the employees like family, they really care. I worked in the shipping department for a few years and have nothing but good things to say about the people I worked for and with. The work is varied and challenging at times but never overwhelming and someone is always willing to help. 

This was quite possibly the worst job I have ever had. It started out well and I stayed for over a year, but over time, I learned more about the conflicting values here.

While they offer decent pay and benefits, the workplace culture is horrible. There is no support between teams/departments and management often has no idea what is going on. 

Employee turnover is high for a reason.



Great place to work. The team is helpful and friendly and will help any new coworker to find their feet. The work is varied and enjoyable. Management are always easy to deal with and very approachable. Everyone here is quick to help out and able to have a bit of fun when doing so.

Absolutely no leadership. Titles are just that, titles. If you speak the truth you will be punished. If you speak your mind you will be punished. Office politics is strong and can be well hidden, even from general manager.
