Morning shifts start by cleaning the office and lobby. This goes often goes pretty well but it can be overwhelming taking calls and running around to bring people things at the same time. I don’t mind a fast paced busy work place but it’s hard when some people are constantly mad at you because they expect you to do everything at once. The overall environment is just negative. The workers tend to always be complaining. Many workers will laugh at you if you show that you are upset. Management very clearly chooses favourites and least favourites. Some people get in less trouble for calling in sick than others. 

I had a lot of good experiences working with the Sunray Group and learned some really valuable things during my time there. Deadlines were always reasonable and handled professionally, which made the workload feel steady and manageable. The team was also great — super helpful and supportive whenever I needed a hand.

There was a strong sense of collaboration in the office, and it made day-to-day work more enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive environment that encouraged learning and growth.

It was a very well-organized company with a peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. I really enjoyed working there and learned many valuable things.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
However, the daily working hours were quite long (9 hours per day).

It was a diverse and multicultural environment where we could get familiar with many different cultures. The workplace was classy, clean, and peaceful.

As a Sales Associate, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. The role has sharpened my communication and negotiation skills significantly. Coworkers are collaborative rather than competitive, which creates a healthy atmosphere. The customer base is diverse and interesting. The CRM system could be more user-friendly, but management is working on improvements. Solid company with room for career advancement.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Peak seasons can be very demanding. Long shifts during holidays and high-check-in days can be exhausting. Better shift rotation would help greatly.

Working here as an IT Support Specialist has been a rewarding experience. The company provides a supportive environment where teamwork and problem-solving are valued every day. Management is approachable and always ready to guide when technical challenges arise.

I’ve worked as a Senior IT Administrator here for several years, and overall it has been a rewarding experience. The role gives you full ownership of infrastructure — from managing servers, networks, and security to overseeing cloud migrations and implementing automation. The technical environment is modern and challenging, which helped me stay sharp and expand my expertise.

Immediately upon my first day as an Intern, I was welcomed by many friendly people who offered to help me at any given chance. I already felt like I had a place at Sunray Group and was very eager to continue my internship as time went on.
